The work was of good quality. Tracy Roberts and Jordan Albright were courteous and easy to work with. The work started immediately, on Feb. 26, and the rest was done by agreement between pre-scheduled jobs. Due to rainy days and Tracy being short-handed, there were some communication problems. The work was completed on March 22nd or 23rd.

This is my second time working with Tracy Roberts Handyman. I needed several things done like drywall holes, partial kitchen demolition, exterior brick repair, loose faucet repair. He came with a team and they were friendly and kept the work areas clean too. Quality work!! I'll be calling him again for work in the future.

Tracy and Jamie were great. They repaired a lot of cedar siding rot as well as replacing supporting 2x4s where they were rotten. The areas they worked on were quite large. They also did extra things that I didn't even ask for. I would definitely hire them again and probably will.

Tracy and his helpers came by to give me an estimate on the same day that i called them. They did a great job. They replaced several pieces of siding and did some painting on my house that i was unable to reach. I will definitely use him again.

Tracy and his crew did an amazing job putting ship lap siding over our fireplace/hearth area and installing baseboards in our FSU Baptist Student Center. The painting work was extensive and the work was high quality and the lines were tight. This was a decent size job and they did it well. Very pleased.l

Do not hire this guy unless you have simple handyman tasks that can be done in a couple days. He was hired to remodel a bath and create a half wall in kitchen. He walked off job after two months with bathroom unfinished and ceiling falling in kitchen area. He yelled at us and told us we were ungrateful customers, yet he took 90% of our money. He lied about the need for a permit, after we were fined by city, he blamed it on us. He lied about a plumber he said he hired, when I contacted them for repairs they said they had never been to our house. He had 12+ workers coming and going randomly. He had a week where no one showed up to work. He did not help with work due to medical issue; even though I hired him. I ended up having to paint the various walls (this work was in his quote), and he criticized my work. I believe him to be prejudiced as he made several unprofessional statements. It was a true nightmare.

"This homeowner added in more work without paying for it. She went behind my back and hired one of my subs to do work without talking to me. The ceilings in the whole house were not in good shape, homeowner didn't pay for that to fix and she told me i did it and this house was built way back 1950's. And I did extra work which i do all the time with my clients but i could not satisfy this homeowner and she had renters in her house that were very rude to us and they were fighting back and forth. So you can look at my reviews other than her, you can't satisfy everybody but i strive for perfection."

Our experience with them was the Best!! They came and gave a quote, Built just as I asked but better and Their Price was above Fair ! Tracy, Bennie and Michelle were so friendly and Hardworking, they were steadily building without taking but a couple of 15 minute breaks, WE ARE SO IMPRESSED , THANKFUL AND REALLY GLAD WE KNOW WE CAN HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER HANDYMAN JOBS WE MAY NEED!! It was a small job, but one that had kept me busy for hours: connecting my dryer to the vent on the wall. An "easy enough" project left me with cuts and sore fingers, not to mention a bruised ego. I found Tracy here on Angie's List and went to his website to put in a work order around 11:30pm. I expected someone to "get around to me" in a couple of days or so, as that is how it usually works, even though I was in desperate need of laundry! The next morning I was contacted, letting me know that he could get out there that day! He showed up when he said he would, spent very little time, and got everything connected perfectly, thereby saving my home from the inevitable lint fire from the kinked hose I had "installed." I would absolutely use them again for my handyman needs.

Tracy quoted me a price and told me 5 days and he and Troy "Val" worked through some storms and finished on time. The difference in the original quote-which was a minimal increase -was agreed upon extra work we had him do since he was here. He and Val ended up doing some work on a neighbor's roof when he had finished my job, so it was convenient having him nearby the next two days as we put the finishing touches on our bathroom remodel and has questions or saw little things for him to fix--which he did.

First person sent out to pressure wash the house was lame. Tracy promptly sent another crew out and the entire project went very well. He offered some great suggestions for things I could do, and his estimate was what I paid! I’ll definitely use Tracy in the future!!!

Made multiple calls to get Tracy out for estimate. He's not good about getting back to you or giving you much planning notice when he's ready to start the work. Thought the estimate for the work was a bit high, but I needed the work done quickly. Did not get a written estimate and when it was time to settle up, he said the estimated cost was $100 more than what he had told me. He agreed to what I remembered without arguing. I have requested written estimates on other work and have not yet received them. In all fairness, I told him it would be a month before I would have money for the work, but he promised a written estimate that I've not yet received. One job, laying laminate in 5x12 pantry, was so overpriced it was laughable, so I didn't have that work done.

Tracy showed on time and did good quality work very quickly. He was helpful by making suggestions and performing the work that would add sale value to the home. I was able to have Tracy do all of the work instead hiring several companies to do various parts of the job. Great job Tracy!

Ours was a unique situation in that we were not on site. I spoke with Tracy on the phone throughout the process. Tracy took care of us! We discussed ideas; settled on price, products, and got through a few snags along the way; easily over the phone. We are really happy with the outcome. The installer for our job was Will and he was very professional and pleasant. We spoke a few times on the phone and he did what he said he was going to do and didn't hesitate to go beyond. The job was done in two days as promised. Great customer service, I can't wait to see the new flooring myself. I did have a few people check in out and they all told me it was done very well. Thanks guys!

Their work was very very good. They were always on time. Their work was exteremely professional and they always communicated with me as to when they would be here.
