"Overall good experience. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five was due to some of the furniture requiring reassembly due to the movers assembling some items incorrectly. Though we were pleasantly surprised by the four man moving team rather than the 3 man we originally planned for, would ask that all members on site are working as there was only one member who consistently took breaks while the other members worked. Was told that all furniture would be disassembled however this was not the case. Would ask that there be more consistency from what the management office promises will be done and what the mover team does."

Yet if you want to do the packing on your own don’t worry . We’ve got you covered there as well. We sell any moving supply you might need and even offer free delivery to locals. We have our own top of the line moving trailers for all of your needs. Custom built to make sure your furniture is going to be safe during it’s transportation. WAIT! Just need a rental truck, or container loaded/unloaded? No problem we do that as well! We accept cash, check or credit card (there is a 5% fee on total bill with cc) due when services are completed. We don't require any deposits at all. We use full time employees that are fully covered by workers comp. Please let us know if there is anything at all that we can help with. Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

I had no idea until it was already loaded and in its way to my house. I then Was VERY upset of course. Then the guy started cussing at us with my kids there, and literally threw the piano out on its side. And took off with some if the piano parts. We called multiple time and one of them finally brought the parts back. The entire piano was scratched all over and a huge gouge out of the side. The owner assured me he had insurance but then stopped text back and change his number!! I beg You please do not even consider using this company. And then to represent himself as a ?man of faith? it?s was just heartbreaking. "

I had no idea until it was already loaded and in its way to my house. I then Was VERY upset of course. Then the guy started cussing at us with my kids there, and literally threw the piano out on its side. And took off with some if the piano parts. We called multiple time and one of them finally brought the parts back. The entire piano was scratched all over and a huge gouge out of the side.
