It went very well. I was very impressed with Waldo and his staff. From my first contact with Triumph, they did what they said they would do. They were responsive, showed up on time (actually a little bit early), were careful with my furniture, worked at a steady pace, were friendly yet professional, and completed the job within the estimated time frame. I highly recommend Triumph!

I have been using this company's services for the last three years. The owner Waldo, and his wife truly care about the customer and do everything to make sure your furniture and belongings are secure, safe and moved without issue. The best part is the owner is one of your movers and is always on site so there is no question about their commitment to do the right thing. You would be foolish to use any other moving service. Thank you Waldo for helping us through these last few moves and look forward to the next when we move out of storage into our next home.

I have to honestly say that this move went as smooth as silk.  But look - I'm going to take some of the credit.  Here are some things I did that I believe were very useful both to me and to the mover:
1.  Read the contract thoroughly.  I learned that the moving company is not responsible for floor damage caused by usual movement.  Yikes!  I just had wood floors installed in the entire house I moved to.  Also, there are wood floors in the bedroom I moved from.  I had collected more boxes than I needed, some of which were very large.  I spent a good bit of my time cutting those boxes open so that the clean side could be laid down to protect the floors.  To credit Mr. Silva, he was happy to take these flattened boxes in his truck so they were available for the new house.  At the new house, I also had purchased a large roll of floor paper from Home Depot which I cut and laid down myself.  Some of the boxes were laid on top to prevent the paper from shifting.
2.  I took pictures of all the furniture in advance and looked it over carefully to make sure I knew where the scratches were.  Here is where Mr. Silva and his crew really shone.  He found all the scratches too and pointed them out to me.  Each piece was covered with big moving blankets and then shrink wrapped in plastic.  He was much more careful than I ever would have been - truly.
3.  The piano.  Oh yes, I have a small upright piano and knew it would require special handling.  It was cared for as if it was a newborn babe.
4.  Drawers and boxes- I made sure all drawers were completely empty and I transported most of my possessions myself as I have a large vehicle.  Thus, Mr. Silva moved only 1 box (a lamp).  Everything else was furniture only.
Let's talk about the cost.  Mr. Silva's wife Sonia came out to see everything and provide the price later.  That email gave me a heart attack.  So I called another highly rated Anglie's List mover.  $900 more!   I read about how much to tip movers, which ranges from 5-20%.  Originally, I was going to go with the lower range.  Then I watched them working.  "Mr. Silva, I need to leave for a little while to go the bank."  I also provided Cokes (3 men packed the house - 2 men unloaded).
I think you should seriously consider using this company because you're going to get Mr. Silva right there supervising, working with and communicating both with his crew and with you the entire time.  What could be better than that?  He is a lovely man originally from Brazil who accepted my teasing easily (Mr. Silva - you missed an entire room of furniture!  Ha ha?).

Triumph Services was contracted to move my all my belongings to a new location, package for storage my existing mahogany furniture and move me into the new location.  The attention to detail and care of my belongs was superb.  This is the 2nd time I have used this vendor and they have exceeded my expectations again.

Just to preface this story, I have moved numerous time in my life and never had such a professional and awesome company move me like the folks at Triumph.
I originally scheduled a moving date, and Sonia the co-owner provided an on-site estimate.  I later had to move the date because of complications and delays with the closing.  Of course I lost my deposit which was expected but Triumph quickly accommodated me and made themselves available for the new date.  They were also extremely flexible when I queried delaying the date again.  We finally moved on Sunday September 6th and at the last minute I had increased the amount of furniture and boxes they had to move over and above the estimate.  Again, they accommodated my change and the co-owner Waldo with two other men worked all morning to pack, secure and load my house onto the truck.  It was hot, humid and they worked their butts off without a single complaint or problem.  They wrapped all the furniture, safely loaded and stacked the boxes with no breakage.  They were extremely clean. The movers from the target house were still moving out when my team arrived at the new house and my team worked side by side as the other movers were moving out Waldo and his crew were moving my stuff in.  Waldo's crew made the other movers look like amateurs.  Waldo had to lend them tools to break down the master bed and it took the other movers all day to finish.  My movers were totally professional and accommodated the other movers and owners on their move out.  The other owners later complained about their movers and the fact they spent a fortune, had a large amount of breakage and were disappointed with their work.  They wished they had Waldo and Triumph for their move.  I agreed and quietly smiled and knew I had hired the best.
I will only use Triumph for any future move I make and would recommend the same for anyone.

Local  move from 2nd floor apartment to 1st floor villa in same city.  The 2 movers were professional, careful, prompt and thorough.   They were pleasant to deal with, never complaining about the wait for elevator or heavy furniture and I would use them again in the future if I needed a mover.  They came when they said they would and worked non-stop, eating lunch on the floor of the apartment to save time.

Great, very thorough in explaining how they were loading and how we should unload on the other end.  Sweet guys and they didn't waste any time.

Waldo and his team were courteous and highly responsive from the first point of contact. The were able to accommodate our requested move date at short notice, and their fees were very reasonable.

They showed up early at the storage facility, and were extremely organized and careful in moving our stuff. It's always a concern when a provider has an hourly rate, as there's the potential for them to stretch the job in order to maximize the billable hours, but this was absolutely not the case in this instance. The team hustled from start to finish and when they stopped for 30 minutes for lunch, they were meticulous about deducting the stoppage time.

Waldo and his team are to be commended in every aspect of their performance, and I really can't praise them highly enough. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering moving house, as this is one aspect of the move that you will not have to worry about.

Triumph Services is truly a triumph in moving!  They provided a detailed quote up front, showed up on time and ready to work.  The owner/crew were clean cut, amicable, and efficient.  Their packing methods were the best I have ever seen.  Each crew member had their own tools and they were meticulous about accounting for screw/bolts/brackets etc that had to be removed. We loaded on Monday and delivery was on Tuesday, where all furniture was reassembled and placed, as we requested.  All boxes/shrink wrap provided by Triumph were carted away.  During both the load and unload, I was totally at ease, as if I had known this crew all my life.  I would not hesitate to recommend Triumph to anyone making a move in Florida.

Waldo and his team did an excellent job!  I moved from an apartment in Miami to an apartment in Broward.  The move went totally smooth.  They arrived on time and the team was very professional.  They took great care in moving all my boxes and furniture.  They even did an exceptional job in protecting my hard to move furniture.  Nothing arrived broke or scratched.  I was impressed.
 
Also, I?ve had a few moving companies in the past and a few things stood out with Triumph that led me to choose them as movers:

This provider was a referral from a friend.   My job went exceptionally well.  This vendor was very polite, clean and careful.  Everything was moved in a timely fashion and without any damage/breakage.  They are well equipped, care about the quality of work they provide and attentive to any concerns that I had.  A+ job and I will use them again in the future.

Oswaldo and his team of movers took very good care of my property and worked very fast. I would definitely use them again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent!  This was a very difficult time, an 97 year old moving from home to an ALF.  The Thiumph team was not just very efficient and professional, they were  sympathetic.   They arrived on time, were extremely courteous of neighbors, they and their equipment were clean and neat, they did an excellent job of carefully packing and moving furniture as well as "stuff" and then delivering and putting in place.  They get an A+.  A big thank you to Thriumph and to Angie's List for the recommendation!

We could not ask for a better mover for each of the two moves we made.  Waldo was highly professional in every possible way.  He has a competent office manager who is very available by phone when needed, and Waldo came out to the home before the move to assess a very reasonable flat rate that was highly competitive compared to other quotes received.  He and his crew were very pleasant to work with .  Most importantly, he took great care to move items in a careful and protective way, as if they were his own.  Not one item was lost or damaged.  We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did, and recommend them at the highest level.  Each "A" grade we assigned above was truly earned.  Triumph Services offers a very high quality service in an extremely professional and friendly manner.

The move was one of the easiest I have ever experienced. Waldo was prompt both when we met for an estimate and the day of the move. He and his helper were very quick and professional. They carefully padded and protected all items using shrink wrap to make sure the pads stayed in place. They placed every piece were I asked them when we arrived at my home. I highly recommend Triumph and would definitely use them again.

We moved out of our 10x10 space station into our new home (garage). We were very impressed by the crew's professionalism, punctuality and efficiency. They took extra care with fragile items and worked extremely diligent. We will definitely use them again if needed and can wholeheartedly recommended them. Thank you.

Moving sucks! All the packing, unpacking and general disruption it brings is not very enjoyable.
Now that we have that established, Waldo, Sonia and TSC made the experience for my wife and I much less harrowing than it would have been otherwise. 
After a brief phone call, Waldo and his wife Sonia met me at our apartment to inventory exactly what the move entailed so that they could give us a quote. It was important to me to have someone personally come to our apartment to see our furniture (and the 3 flights of stairs they would have to traverse on moving day!) as I feel that's the only way I could get a real quote, and more importantly ask and answer any questions. We had one service send us a spreadsheet to list all our belongings! I wont mention the name, but they were immediately dropped from consideration. A few hours after Waldo left my apartment, we received a very fair quote and booked their services for 9:30am on July 5th.
Waldo and 2 crew members arrived about 9:10am the day of the move and immediately began preparations.  The heat and humidity of the day, combined with the fact I lived on the 3rd floor (no elevators) made me question the sanity of the 3 men preparing to carry boxes and heavy furniture for hours.
To say they did a great job is an understatement. They worked tirelessly throughout the morning, up and down stairs, emptying the apartment faster than I thought possible. They wrapped or boxed EVERY piece of my furniture to ensure that it arrived at its destination the same way they found it. When we arrived at the new house, Waldo and crew were sure to not scrape any of the freshly painted walls and asked where and how we would like each piece of furniture placed.
Waldo is not some dude with a truck that can help you move, he is a professional that takes pride in his work. From start to finish, he and his team were nothing short of outstanding in the way they dealt with my wife and I, as well as our belongings. If you have to move, use TSC, and you'll find yourself writing a long-winded review of praise afterwards!
