My father met with Patsi when she came to tune the piano because I was unable to take time from work that day. It was not long into her time working on it that she told him she simply could not charge anything because the piano was too old and had too many issues to be tuned. I was impressed with this honest service. My son came home from school and noticed some of the small improvements she had made during her time trying to work on it and was happy about that. I told him she did her best and we would keep our eyes out for another piano. I plan on hiring Patsi to review any used pianos I consider buying in the future and highly recommend her to anyone seeking this type of service. Thank you, Patsi!

Our Boston Baby Grand was very out tune, plus the low tenor tone quality was so full that it drowned out the melody lines in the high tenor. It was a piano that didn't get played much because of that feature. Ms.Franklin spent the first hour carefully tuning the piano, then worked with me to voice the problem area to my liking . The effort greatly improved the balance between the left and right hand sounds. I asked not to take the voicing any further at this point, as I wanted to get used to the "new" sound, first. I may yet want an even stronger high tenor, but I'm so pleased with the fact that the melody line is now audible that I need to get used to this piano all over again. I've had other people in to tune the piano in the past, but none took the trouble to voice it, and I did not realize the impact it would have on the balance of the tone quality. Patsi Franklin will be our piano tuner for the foreseeable future. I gladly recommend her to anyone who expects a thorough tuning and review of their piano's needs

They are very good. I have to have them come back and work on my piano again. What they have done is very good. I am pleased with them. It has been a long time since my piano had been tuned and we have to tune it in stages. He got it tuned, nothing is sticking, and he did a very good job. He has to come back and do it again. He also, cleaned it. He was very prompt and there was a bit of a wait because of the holidays. Otherwise, the service is good and the price is reasonable. He was very prompt in getting back to me. I will have him come back and do the second round.

I liked everything about my interaction with Patsi. She comes to your house and tunes the piano and does an excellent job. She is very personable and professional. She takes her time and is not rushed. She is punctual and does great work. I did some comparison and her prices are very good. I will be using her again next week and have recommended her to friends.

The only issue was that the time my husband made the appointment for was the time she left to come to our house, not when she arrived. This was fairly inconvenient, since it made us late for a dinner date with friends. She was very professional, though, and was able to tell us how old the piano was
