BRIGHT'S PIANO SERVICE

I liked Paul Bright's service. The last time I needed my piano tuned, I was not able to reach him. Quite frankly, I wondered if he was out of business.

Paul Bright was on time, very polite and very reasonably priced. The piano had not been used or tuned for many years. He explained that a few wires were broken, but on keys seldom used. He saved me money by recommending that while he could fix them, it would be much less expensive, considering minimal use on my part, to tune the rest and not fix the few broken wires. I know nothing about pianos, so he could have really pulled the wool over my eyes, and charged me a great deal for the fix, but he didn't. Because I asked, he showed me what he was doing and why along the tuning process. While I don't play it often enough, the piano holds much sentimental value to me. He took the time to explain how I should best maintain it. This job was completed in August 2005. The piano remains in perfect tune. I can highly recommend Mr. Bright for piano tuning needs.
