"Options explored in detail & selection of unit was made by me. The proposal was sent out after an onsite inspection. Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. Installation was performed the following week and an onsite inspection was made by a reliable source, since I could not do so myself from my home in Illinois. The service met and exceeded my expectations."

"The bathroom had to be taken down to the joists and studs because of termite and water damage. They did it all. From destruction to renovation. All subcontractors were extremely professional, experienced and talented. The end result is a beautiful modern bathroom. We delayed the project several times for personal health reasons. Jeff never blinked. He was very accommodating and flexible. When we were finally ready he started on the agreed upon date. Throughout the project he kept us up to date what and when would happen next. In other words they showed up on time. Highly recommend!"

"Searching for a reliable company to install a new AC for my son. Blue Bear was one of many to contact me. Spoke directly with the owner Mike. With a newborn and hot humid days this needed to be done. Because of the need to get this done Mike requested a couple pictures and gave us a reasonable estimate and the ability to do it the next morning. He held study with his pricing. Crew sent and they did an excellent clean job. Communication, work and price never wavered. So far the experience has been top notch with customer service being a priority. Thanks again."

"If you have asthma, dry eye, allergies or any variation of upper respiratory problems (like we do), you need to keep your ducts cleaned. Also, it helps a great deal If thereâ s been a lot of building in your area. Bright Air was prompt and efficient with their assessment and cleaning."

"They focused on air filtration - which was really needed; cleaning was less critical, but was also to be done. I did not know that with a new A/C, the air handler’s connection to the house ducts needed to be changed: lots of mold and ‘stuff’ in it after 10 years! My Installer Company did not say anything about that! This is something that should be made aware to the households."

Read reviews to supplement any word-of-mouth recommendations. Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
