Get matched with top subcontractors in Palmetto, FL

"I enjoyed working with Jesse and his crew of Arce Remodeling Corp. The crew who did the work on my floors was extremely professional and friendly, I got answers to any questions I had, and every question was answered with a smile. Jesse involved me with decisions that needed to be made and helped me with providing good suggestions on good color choices, I'm extremely happy with how nice everything looks. There was one incident with a piece of flooring that had to be replaced after the job was completed, Jesse was polite and customer service centered in making sure the flooring was fixed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Arce for remodeling they bring in people who have experience and the experience pays off in getting the job done right and fast."

"We had Mr. Ruiz from Blue Bay Construction Group stop by for an Estimate and after the Estimate install an Under Cabinet Range Hood and a LED Light Fixture above the Kitchen Sink. He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. We will use them again for other projects we will be doing."

"I highly recommend Smith Remodeling Services. The quote was very detailed so there was no question about what was included in the price. We did add on some items after the initial quote and the prices were very reasonable. They do not use subcontractors so progress on the project went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the tile workmanship. We had great communication throughout the project with Lisa Smith, the owner, and the staff member assigned to our project. High quality work for a reasonable price!"

"It went very well. The designer (Jennifer) worked well with me on suggesting materials and needs that are appropriate for an updated kitchen. After extensive planning for all the work, I froze the design and they accommodated my delayed start date. Work started as planned with the construction group meeting my needs in controlling dust and damage on the construction site. Once started the work proceeded pretty much ahead of schedule (due to design freeze). Subcontractors showed up on time and did a professional job. In construction there are always problems and issues that occur. I enjoyed how the team worked through the issues on their own and at times asked for my guidance as to what I preferred when it came to appearance or functionality. Without a doubt Tony (chief carpenter) and his crews do quality work. The job was completed in the estimated time. In the end I am very pleased with the design outcome and quality of the work."

"Did a outstanding job and would hire again"

"Bronson finished a 12x22 shed for me. It turned out incredible! Running water, electrical throughout, AC, tile floors, toilet, the works! He’s awesome and does great work! Highly recommended!"

"I recently hired Real Craftsman LLC to repair hurricane damage to my home, including soffit and gutter replacement, as well as installing a new pool fence. I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Real Craftsman LLC and their team were professional, reliable, and highly skilled. They communicated clearly throughout the process, provided a fair and transparent estimate, and completed the job. The soffit and gutters look great and function perfectly, and the pool fence is not only secure but also enhances the look of our outdoor space. It’s rare to find a contractor who is both detail-oriented and efficient, but Real Craftsman LLC exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of storm damage repairs or home improvements!"

"I've used them 3 times and highly recommend them for large or small projects"
