After asking several questions he convinced me that his costs and time requirements necessary for this project were
unwarranted in my case. The house, property and neighborhood did not have sufficient value to carry the extra costs of the project. He said that nearly all of the work could be done by me and recommended several subcontractors who could do the remaining work at a much lower price than he, as a general contractor, would have to charge.
It was so refreshing to find an ethical and honest contractor. So many in this area are not.
