Southern Painting was a fantastic company to work with. Ryan gave us a clear and concise estimate to paint the entire interior of our us, including closets and garage. He worked around our timeframe to schedule the job. Cesar and crew were on time, professional and a pleasure to have in the house. They worked fast but did an outstanding job. And when they left, the house was clean. Ryan came the next day to do a walk through and make sure we were happy. We are thrilled and cannot believe the transformation. This is the second time we have used Southern Painting. We have recommended them to family and friends. And we will definitely use them again next year when it is time to repaint our exterior. When it comes to painting, this was our only choice. It should be yours. You will be very happy!!!!

If you want the very best in house painting, Southern Painting is it. They did an outstanding job painting the outside of our home, including facia, soffit and garage door. They were super courteous, informative on all aspects of the job at a very reasonable cost.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. The employees were very pleasant to work with. The painting job was fantastic, and the price was extremely fair. Ryan the owner was here often making sure everything was being done to his and our satisfaction and it was. In fact they did such a great job they are now going to paint the inside of our house in January.

This job was an excellent experience. They did an great job. I have no complaints and had no problems with them while the house was being painted. The actual painters were highly skilled, very professional, and extremely pleasant to be around. They moved all my furniture, used tarps where necessary, and, in some areas, left rooms cleaner than before they started. By the time they finished, I felt I made two new friends. Although Southern was not the least expensive contractor I contacted, the manner and credibility of owner Ryan Keane led me to choose Southern. He patiently waited while I talked to other painters, helped me select colors, visited my house every day to monitor progress, and came back after the job was done to do a final walk through before he asked to be paid.

I now realize that painting cabinets is a very detailed process. Ryan took every step carefully and was very meticulous with this process. I researched the products he was going to use, especially the primer, and they were all highly recommended by experts. Ryan also managed the project closely.

The whole experience went very well. The painters arrived on time. They coordinated with me on the order in which the doors would be done to facilitate use of bathrooms and the locking away of two cats during the painting. They did an excellent job. We hired Ryan because he came with a whole folder of information about himself and his company. The information talked about things one should ask before hiring a painter and he even included a copy of his liability insurance, which is so important here in FL. We will call Ryan again when it is time to paint our house.

The process proceeded swiftly, with great care, and most professional. The contractor/supervisor was present every day and guided us thru the work plan. Furniture was moved away and back, and was appropriately covered with plastic sheeting. Touch-up and clean-up was excellent.

It went way better than expected. The owner and painter arrived as scheduled, prepped the room immediately and before I knew it the room was painted and detailed as discussed. The job was perfect and cleaned up and when the painter left all I had to do was put my lamps in place and enjoy the refreshed beautiful room! My expectations were met 100% and I am so happy I found Southern Painting. My entire experience, starting with meeting the owner, Ryan, then the appointment for the estimate, to the completion of the job was the most professional experience I have ever encountered. Ryan was respectful of all my needs which I really appreciated. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will absolutely have Southern Painting do my next jobs.

Fantastic. All cracks in the house were repaired and unidentifiable when the project was completed. Painting included gutters to below the grass line. The detail on every corner of the house was perfection. Top shelf professionalism on every level by everyone involved. I have had many people stop to look and comment on the job they did. I can't speak highly enough.

Southern Painting just completed a repaint of our condo. Without doubt, the best painting experience we've ever had. From the first visit to quote the job to the wrap up insp, they were professionals. Price was very fair, crew was always on time, and did what they said they would do. Quality was outstanding. We were here almost the whole time, yet they did the job with minimum disruption to our routine. Everything was moved and returned back in place, we did nothing! Each night they cleaned up, removed supplies and equipment, and left our home very livable. Before leaving after three days, they vacuumed all the carpets, and cleaned the tile. This company clearly has developed a business model that produces results. Ryan, the owner, is professional and responsive, and helped us make decisions throughout the process. Our crew, Alma and Rego, were just great, constantly checking to be sure we were happy with the process and the result, even stopping to pet the dog when she wanted attention. We will definitely be using them again, and recommending them to anyone who needs quality paint work.
