Positive experience started when a real person answered the phone and set up appointment. The representative, Alex, was prompt, maintained great telephone communication, provided an excellent assessment and plan for the foundation support! Alex showed us a video of the process which was very helpful. Then Alex came back a second time when a different contractor noticed a small settling issue in floor. I cannot say enough about the perfect customer service! Today Luke, Logan, and Flint promptly came in with beautiful, clean equipment and more excellent customer service! They started about 8 and were done about noon. They left the area better than it was when they arrived. The actual equipment and supports are impressive to see in person. It was a grand event! So impressive that neighbors came to sit, chat and watch! As scary as a failing foundation can beâ ¦ all of these men made this a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. "I highly recommend C&L as they did a wonderful job for me. They did quality work from beginning to end. Tony and Tom gave me great ideas for the design of the landscape. Everyone worked well together as a team with good communication. Pedro and Chase managed to get my whole yard redone in just 2 days. They were fast, efficient, and patient with me (I can be nit-picky!). Everyone was very accommodating when I wanted some last minute changes in the backyard garden. I fully expected an additional estimate for the changes and was delightfully surprised when I did not receive an additional bill! Everyone was extremely kind and they all clearly take pride in their work! They are worth every penny!"

"Project took longer than anticipated. Had to go out of town on Friday and project not completed after being started 3 days earlier. Returned on Sunday expecting job to be done and to our disappointment, still not completed. Jeremiah called Sunday evening and assured us it would be finished on Monday. Contractor did not show or call on Monday. Job was finally finished a couple days later after some weather issues. Overall satisfied, but a little disappointed in time frame given to complete and actual time it took. Note, Jeremiah said he was unhappy with a couple areas beneath footer and would return to touch them up and to date has not returne"
