They came back, worked one partial day. Tore up our yard and left their equipment. Because they had worked for us before, I had prepaid for their services. Shame on me. Then they never returned to finish the job. They would message saying they were in their way, then not show up. Many many excuses as to why they couldnâ t get here to finish. Poor communication. Not trustworthy."

"The owner is very professional. He works Monday through Friday but when a tree fell on my fence, endangering my dogs, he came out and promptly removed it. His pricing is more than fair. I would highly recommend him for any job large or small. His office support staff is very helpful. She is immediately available if you have any questions. This is the second time I have used this business and will use him again."

"We hired RSC in late 2024 for a full home renovation. At first, the process was reasonable but it became clear the cost + budget were overrun. When the problem was identified, Richard became defensive, combative, and unreasonable. He was verbally abusive and threatening over WhatsApp and telephone. I had to order a stop work. The new Project Manager was great. The office manager Tina was wonderful. However, they both were the 2nd individuals in those roles - way too much turnover on the team to feel confident with progress. Richard himself is a nightmare to work with - we asked for a warranty repair in October 2025 after the work was completed and ended up in an email argument with Richard where he threatened us (again) with legal action. The process of working with Richard is chaotic, stressful, and he is not trustworthy. I do not recommend. "

"I hired JP Karmago to clear the trees, stumps and underbrush from a little more than an acre of land I own in Gainesville, FL. JP and his crew felled and removed a little more than 160 trees for me. He also cleared most of the underbrush and the tree stumps. He pulled the smaller stumps (<4 or 5 inches in diameter) and ground the larger stumps. I read the other reviews on here and am surprised at what a few said. I thought he was extremely professional, worked very hard, and did a very fine job. I was very pleased with what he did and was surprised that he got it done as fast as he did, I found him to be very pleasant and agreeable to deal with. I will be hiring him again since I have more land to clear, and I highly recommend him for anything from one tree to a few hundred."

Even more impressive—they completed the entire job by the third day. Given the massive amount of time, energy, and money I had already poured into this project (and would have continued to), I found their fee to be entirely reasonable. On top of that, they were incredibly nice and respectful young men. Their help was a huge relief, and I can't recommend them highly enough."
