We had our roof soft washed, Can’t say enough about Josh and his company. He was on time there were several emails verifying appointment and date and time. Showed up on time the before and after pictures are incredible. We have a very large roof that is very steep nothing slowed Josh down at all. Josh is terrific! He worked nonstop for 5 hours cleaning our very large screened porch, siding, windows, dog kennel, patio, all areas of concrete around our home, and our front gate. He cleaned some outdoor furniture since he saw it was needed - not requested. He is prompt, courteous and extremely professional. We are so pleased with his work that we will have him return every year for deep cleaning. Thank you Josh! Our home looks brand new!

Josh did a great job. He responded to my inquiry quickly and arrived at our house as promised, on time. Our place looks refreshed and clean.

Everything went very well from scheduling the work to getting it done. Josh is very professional and takes pride in his work. Scheduling the work with his wife Anna was a pleasure too. Our roof has never been cleaned in the 15 years we've been in our home and because of the size and pitch of the roof one company wouldn't even take on the work. Josh did and did a great job!

Josh was great. He arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I had a number of items pressure washed. First, the screens on my porch; before the cleaning, they were green with algae- now they are bright and clean, look like new! Next, the brushed concrete patio floors were done with a scrubber washer thing- they look really good, no mildew, no stripes like sometimes has happened with regular power wash. Next Josh washed the whole exterior of the house. My white trim practically glows and you can see the true color of my house again. Finally, he did the walkway and driveway. My walkway was pretty terrible, very green, even slippery when it rained. Josh went over it several times to really get at the root of the algae. I am confident that it will not only look good now, but I feel that this washing will last a while. All in all very happy with his work.

Excellent job on all services. Windows were shining; excess grime and dirt were removed from driveway and sidewalks. Jason also pressure washed exterior white doors and front steps ceramic tiles. The gutters are draining properly after years of accumulated trash and leaves. I highly recommend JD Powerwash services. Jason was very curteous and professional.
