"We hired RSC in late 2024 for a full home renovation. At first, the process was reasonable but it became clear the cost + budget were overrun. When the problem was identified, Richard became defensive, combative, and unreasonable. He was verbally abusive and threatening over WhatsApp and telephone. I had to order a stop work.
