Overall, I was pleased with most of the work except for the gardening element which was poor. When they raised the rate for this, the quality declined even further. The last straw was when I was charged an extra $23 to clean out a sprinkler head.

These folks are excellent. They aren’t quick, but once I saw how they carefully managed everything it made sense. The estimator was very good. The workmen were very good. The coordination was excellent. The price was fair. Better than it could have been. We will use them again. We found them through a neighbor’s recommendation. And we’d recommend them to other neighbors, besides using them again soon. Like, we already have them coming out. Thanks!

The carpenter was great.  Very neat, cleaned up after job was done.  Arrived on time, stayed until finished.

excellent service.  I went through 5 yard maintenance companies before finding Southern Comfort, and Southern Comfort is the only company that's been 100% reliable and proactive with taking care of the yard.  They actually maintain the yard, rather than "mow and blow," and the plants and grass are starting to thrive again.  They also notify me of problems with the house and reliably fix any problems.  I'm really grateful to have them taking care of my property.

We hired this company following the recommendation of a friend of ours and we needed to get our house repaired as we were going to list it on the real estate market for selling. Southern comfort home repair was able to remove alot of old wallpaper in both my kitchen and dining nook areas. They were able to do drywall repair in several spots in the house, and very good at repainting some of the bedrooms and kitchen areas. They were able to remove alot of woodrot noted throughout the exterior of the home and replaced it and painted it adequately. What I really like about this company is that they are a 1-stop service. They can get a home repaired and staged as needed. You would not have to go through several individual subcontractors, as they take care of it all. Their price was overall okay, there was alot of old wallpaper which was painstaking in terms of removal and had some high wall ceilings they had to contend with to do it. These guys pretty much handle everything including electrical repairs, plumbing, and whatever it takes to get your home ready. The only thing was that the progect did run over the expected time of completion by about 1-2 weeks and I needed to keep calling them to remove a keylock on the front door following completion of the progect. But this did not have much adverse effect as I was still able to list the house in time for the selling season.

They were awesome! It was a really great experience. Everything that they said they did, they were super professional, they were on time, and they did the work that they said they were going to do. I think their work was good.

They are not cheap but they are reliable. They are going to whatever they say they will do and do it well. If I have any minor repairs, they are the first people I call.

This company was really wonderful and a HUGE help in getting our house sold. We were living in WA state with a house in FL that needed some fixes (we had been renting it) in order to even get it market-ready.
