When the problem was identified, Richard became defensive, combative, and unreasonable. He was verbally abusive and threatening over WhatsApp and telephone. I had to order a stop work. The new Project Manager was great. The office manager Tina was wonderful. However, they both were the 2nd individuals in those roles - way too much turnover on the team to feel confident with progress. Richard himself is a nightmare to work with - we asked for a warranty repair in October 2025 after the work was completed and ended up in an email argument with Richard where he threatened us (again) with legal action. The process of working with Richard is chaotic, stressful, and he is not trustworthy. I do not recommend. "
