Bad. Service was not performed fully yet payment was charged - with harassment and deliberate non-communication as tactics. Bad attitude, Bad management, worst customer service experience I had in my time in the US. I would stay away.

They did an outstanding job! Mance was very professional, listened carefully, and completed the job efficiently and effectively. I was very pleased with the teamwork and leadership. Definitely hire them!

They did an amazing job with a fallen tree that collapsed my fence in my backyard. I would definitely hire them again. They got it done with no damage to my yard and done very quickly.

It went really well. The tree was very, very large. They moved all those hugh pieces to the front and they were immediately picked up and hauled off. One large piece brushed the roof and damaged a few shingles. Mance immediately took care of it and had a expert roofer come out and make the repair. Mance and his crew were courteous, polite and professional. They raked and cleaned up the yard of all debris. I would recommend him to anyone who needs tree work or lawn and yard services.

Arrived on time, completed on schedule. Had sufficient personnel and tools to complete the job. Supervisor (owner?) was professional and worked well with his employees, the employees were friendly and skilled. The area was right on top of fences, my house and neighbors, but they took out the trees with no damage to property (climber knew exactly how to cut and drop trees). Price was much lower than others, very happy with their work. The only company I've dealt with in a while that makes sure you get what you paid for. I would use them again.

Got estimate and then scheduled work. They called to confirm apt. Arrived on time and were very professional. Trimmed as requested and removed debris. Answered questions about trees and gave advice on what would be best for them. Worked very quickly, yet made sure cutting was done in safe manner.

Mr. Tree did a great job of trimming and removing and cutting down, but he didn't remove the tree stumps. This wasn't addressed before the work was done, so that's my fault. However, some of the stumps are now re-growing foliage, and the banana trees that were cut down are continuing to sprout like crazy.

I was calling for estimates for tree removal in my courtyard area. It's kind of tight spot to get too. not too bad. but i had couple of companies come by and wanting to charge me extra for that. Mr tree came by he didn't have problem at alll with area, said he
had just the workers to help him.We went over the whole job i wanted done and he gave me a price. I said I would get back to him. I had another person already scheduled to come by. after then I looked at them all and went over what we talked about and how the estimates were and i decided to call Mr tree hands down. He had the best attitude, personality, agreeable and ready to do the work. I called mr tree and discussed a time for service and set a date.

Mr tree and his crew were here on time and ready for work. they had all the tools and personnel they needed to complete my job and they did a GREAT job. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all trash and limps and the tree logs.

I am very pleased with the whole service job,. I would recommend Mr Tree here in Gainesville florida. I will be using Mr tree
again.
