I can't say enough bad about these people. Alphonso himself was polite, and his tile man and plasterer were very competent, but the rest of the crew, when unsupervised, was hostile, stubborn, and dishonest. They smoked in my house, stole the light bulbs from the living room, helped themselves to candy, splattered paint from cleaning their brushes on my porch and the siding of my house. The plumber installed the toilet crooked, so that it sits at an angle to the wall. He put cardboard circles instead of actual gaskets when he installed the sink faucets, and the pipes on the other side of the wall began to leak very soon after the job was completed. The sink was glued to the wall in a way that made it impossible for the plumber to access what he needed to fix without actually destroying the wall. I paid a couple hundred dollars more to have repairs done, and at that, they could only be done halfway. Eventually, the wall will have to be re-done. In the process of installing the (very expensive) half sink, they damaged the cabinet, as well. This was a horrible experience.
