We later went to use the garbage disposal and it wouldn?t turn on. Not a big deal so I called back to schedule a ?recall? appointment. They left a time window that was in the evening. On the day of, I hear nothing from them. I had to call and was told everything was okay and that I was next on the list. Waited, no word again. Called them back and was told that they don?t do ?recalls? in my area on the weekend or after hours so the message didn?t get to the right person. They scheduled another appointment to make an exception in my case and scheduled during the week, but after hours. Fine. When the day came, same thing. Nobody called, no message to confirm. I called again. This time a manager finally came to the phone and basically said the same thing. So they rescheduled me again. At that point I was done, so I cancelled later. "
