Everything 4 Pools & Solar

After multiple years of them patching solar panels, they've advised replacement, which we agreed to. Three years later, in 2022, we've discovered a roof leak, caused by incompetent install -- they've also knowingly applied a sealant, which eventually failed (see the photo). They've sent someone to repair the roof (at a charge, of course). Fast forward another year, we now have 3 leaks -- one of which is the same one they've "repaired" last year. Upon consultation with roofing company, the entire portion of the roof will need to be replaced, at a cost of close to $9000.

Company was on time and professional ... and did the work at a lessor price than competitors ... while using the same quality or better replacement equipment. Would recommend highly to anyone needing install, repair or replacement of pool equipment and/or Solar.

All work was done well and as scheduled but I have tried to use this company to do some follow up work and they have not actually scheduled me and have also not returned any phone calls. I would have concerns about their current responsiveness and reliability before deciding to use this company. I am disappointed because I have recommended them in the past to quite a few people.

They came when expected and worked until the job was completed. We've used them 3 times for different issues and are very happy. We will use them again if needed.

The work was done when promised and seems to be working without any problems since the repair.

We have used the company since we bought the house in March-2015. They have been an excellent provider of pool solar panel repair and maintenance. I called them after noticing a leaking solar panel on my roof. They set the appointment and showed up within the window they were supposed to be there. They quickly fixed the leak in one of the 9-solar panels on my roof. Shortly thereafter, I noticed a leak from another panel. They determined that the leak was not from an individual panel, but was coming from the 16 year old, originally installed, water piping. They quoted me about $600 to replace all piping on both upper and lower roof. We have been extremely pleased with the service, pricing, and prompt response from Everything-4-Pools and Solar. I would strongly recommend Mike, and his entire team, if you need solar panel service.

Perfect. They had to wait for me to receive the new pump in the mail, then they came out very quickly since I had been without a pump for too long already. I put N/A on the price rating because I have nothing to compare it to.

They were easy to contact and follow up with. The price seemed fair and was done without a long wait time. I have had the heater for a few months now it is working great.

Excellent! The tech answered my questions, explained how the system worked, etc. The office staff was courteous, prompt to call, and very pleasant to deal with. I have used them twice and will continue if needed.

Really A+. First, a human answered the phone. Then a knowledgeable person answered my technical question. An estimator came the next day. They did not charge for an estimate. Their famous competitor charges $95 just to come to the house! Discussed options objectively. Threw in a couple of freebies. Excellent price. Solid equipment. Installers came the next day. Made some very helpful suggestions and did the work quickly and expertly. They took all the time I needed to make sure I understood and could operate the system. By the way, they were very prompt. I give them my highest recommendation.

Everything went fine and they were patient in answering numerous questions. This is one of the few services I have purchased that did not incur additional costs. Both men were efficient and were finished in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

GREAT!! This is the kind of honest & professional work every company & business should do. Michael came in to give me a quote for solar panels but instead told me very honestly that it will be very expensive to get panels on such big pool and money spent will not be worth the outcome. He suggested we get electric heater instead. We look forward to doing this project with him in the future. For now he fixed a pump motor that only needed replacement of a capacitor. whereas other companies were diagnosing a full motor replacement($800-$900). He was very punctual and prompt. I have a company for all my pool repair needs that I can rely on.

I did not use the service, but the company was very professional and everyone I talked to was nice. Ended up cancelling due to needing a leak detection and repair.

My pool system was down over the holiday weekend so I was grateful, Mike the owner, worked me in faster than planned. He and Glen were quick, efficient and helpful.

Went well. Provider was responsive. Thoroughly checked the pool, filter, connections. Inspected solar panels and discovered some weak and damaged connections. He repaired on the spot after requesting authorization. The repairs added slightly to the cost of the tune up. I am very satisfied with the service.

My pool pump died and I called Everything 4 Pools to come and replace it. I had purchased the pump previously from them. They couldn't come right away but gave me a work around to keep algae from forming in the pool. They kept their appointment and showed up on time as promised. The technician was friendly and answered all of my questions. He left the area cleaner than it was when he got there. I was expecting to have to buy a complete new pump but the technician said that it was under warranty and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I am so glad that I listed to them on the pump choice the last time. He reviewed the rest of my system and said everything looked like it was working fine. I will definitely use them again, as I have in the past. It's nice to have an honest pool repair guy!

I called Everything 4 Pools on the 24th of July. They returned my call within the same morning and scheduled a service call for Monday, the 27th. Monday, I was called 30 minutes out, to meet Mike Sylvester at the house. Mike and I discussed the problems and he looked over my present pool system. He said that the filter system needed replacing. I also requested repiping around the pump/filter system because of a leak issue and a broken valve. He gave me a quote and was able to replace the filter and pipe system the same day. He called when the job was finished. He also came back on Friday, the 31st, to walk me through the system of valves and filter cleaning. I would highly recommend Mike, the office manager and the company. They were all professional and polite. I gave a B for price because anything over $500 would have been high for me. No one likes to spend money on pool repair. Ha, ha. I would rather take a vacation.

It went very well, they even took the time to educate us becuase this is our very first pool, (a salt water solar pool.)

Service guy called in the morning and was on time. I had two issues that needed looked at. 1. Solar heater had leaks on the system on the roof. They were able to fix these with no problem. In addtion, he showed me how to set the temp on my control panel and then found that the sensor was not working. He was able to re-install that sensor and the whole system works perfect. We had never used the solar heater since it was broke when we bought the house. System works great now. 2. Second issue was for a diagnosis of the spa heater which was not firing up at all. I was really looking for an estimate for fixing or if I needed a new one. He was able to get it start, but then it kept shutting off. Because of the type of heat pump, they were not certified to work on it, so it said I needed to call the number listed on the unit. He felt it was probably fixable and I was glad he did not jump at the chance to try and sell me a new one. Overall, I was very please with the work done. The two guys that came out where professional, on-time, and completed the work. They did not try to upsell me or anyhting like that. I would definitely call them again for work. The only surprise was that a service call was ~$90 and that did not include service or parts. Seems like other places usually apply that cost to service or parts. At least, that was what I would have expected.

It went smoothly and it went awesome! Most important thing for me was price, customer service and after sales services. I got all of them on a silver platter. Mike the owner of the company and Christie the office manager were perfect ! They never let me down and they were always returning my calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions and concerns. The guys that came for the installation were savy and professional --they even went the extra mile to ensure the perfect installation no extra costs. The installation is as neat as can be. Mike the senior technician also had to come to my house regarding my pool light. He was professional and answered all my questions. The owner Mike made me feel at home. He was listening to my customer needs and sold me only what I needed. I really liked his sales approach. When he quote me ,never he tried to bring the competition down or shine over them. I would do business with them over and over again. Excellent experience so far .... For the people in doubts I had 5 others quote for this job and decided to go with Everything 4 POOL

The individual they sent was extremely polite, knowledgeable and went above and beyond walking us through the pool system in our new house. He even took the time to label all the pipes and parts so we know how to clean, maintain and use it all properly. We will definitely be using them for our pool needs in the future. Highly recommend.
