I had seen these solar panels at a home show and the guys there explained how it was done and how many I would need for both my pool and spa. When the techs arrived to do the installation, they said they could not do it that way and they were only going to install half of what I ordered. I had to get the head supervisor out to straighten everything out and they still did not do it right. I had to call the techs and the supervisor out twice.

This company did not install the panels and they still have my $2000. It has been 5 weeks now since we gave them the $2K. After the 10 days had passed we called them and said if they did not install the panels, we wanted our money back. The owner himself promised on a Friday that we would have the panels installed by the following Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and they didn't install the panels. The customer service rep called and only said it would be sometime in the next couple days. We made numerous phone calls to the sales person, the customer service rep and the owner over a period of four weeks from the time we gave them a check. When we left messages, no one called us back. Rarely were we able to reach a real person on the phone. When the panels did not get installed, we wrote a letter and sent it via certified mail that we wanted our money back and their contract was null and void because they did not install on time. We have not heard back. The owner won't return my calls.

THEY ARE GOOD. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, AND WHEN THEY WOULD DO IT AND FOR THE PRICE THEY SAID THEY DID IT FOR. THEY DID EXTRA WORK ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT.

This company had previously been contracted to remove and replace the ceiling panels when we had our roof redone. At that time they recommended the pipe be replaced because of its age.

THE PANELS WERE DAMAGED DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER AND WERE CAUSING THE ROOF TO LEAK. FLORIDA SOLAR CAME IN AND FIXED THE LEAK AND REPLACED THE PANELS WITH NEW ONES.
