Yes, Saturday! And get this...no additional charges! I was told the Name of the person making the service call and the time. Felix arrived right on time, assessed the scope of the work to be done, and started immediately! Felix was such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that he was going to do. Advised us that a small access panel in our closet would have to be enlarged to have more working room behind the tub enclosure. All in all Felix finished up in about 45 minutes.
