We're more than pleased with the work Hydradry did for us. We found water damage in our ceiling and they responded to us very quickly. They were incredibly knowledgable and made sure to be easy to reach if we had any questions throughout this whole process. I definitely would recommend Hydradry and would work with them again!

I was very impressed with Will and Brent from Hydradry. They came out the very day that I called my insurance company to report the damage from a very heavy wind storm and they got on it right away to assess the damages and start lining up the necessary companies to fix the damage. On the very same day they sent two other gentlemen from Hydradry with equipment to dry the areas that needed to be dried out before being repaired. Now they will start scheduling the work that needs to be done. I would recommend Hydradry to anybody that needed help with restoring damage to their home or even remodeling. And I can tell you that Will and Brent were very professional and very nice to deal with as well as the other two gentlemen that came out later in the day. Thank you Hydradry!

This project was not done as promised and has not gone well.. They dried the carpeting just fine and inserted mold prevention in the walls. They finished the job but the baseboards were done so poorly, they need to be redone. They also committed to cleaning the carpet from paint they got on it but they never have. They left the furniture all displaced on one side of the room and we are senior citizens who can't move the furniture back. Do not hire this company.

Robert was in charge of the job and was extremely professional, helpful, responsive & punctual. The mold remediation crew was very thorough and resolved the entire issue. The only reason I gave them a total of a B is because the work crew that came out never really showed up when they said they would and, while they did a good job, it could have been better and done quicker if they had showed up when they said they would. With that said, when I made a remark to Robert about the crew, he brought in another crew to finish the job and they did a very good job and showed up when they said they would. Robert also stated that the other crew was not longer working for them. They resolve issues quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.

We had a plumbing leak in our home. That effected 50% of our home. I had a neighbor come over to help me move some of my valuables, he recommended that I call HYDRADRY, he stated that he had a water damage in his office a few months back and the insurance company sent HYDRADRY out to take care of the problem. I called HYDRADRY and they arrived in 45 minutes, they immediately explained the process and the services they would be providing. They came in with there moisture meters and a Thermal Image camera that showed me where the water had traveled. They were very professional both in appearance and knowledge. They completed the drying process fast and had my home back to pre-loss condition in just a few days. I Thank Mr. David it and his staff, and I understand why they are channel 9's LOCAL EXPERT.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I HAVE HAD OTHER COMPANIES OUT HERE TO CLEAN THE CARPET, AND THEY DID NOT DO ANYWHERE NEAR AS GOOD OF A JOB AS THEY DID. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS LIKE THEY WANTED TO GO THE EXTRA MILE.
