It took another worker refusing to put their name on it for HC to take my concerns about quality seriously. Got a new person in who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on. Then got hit with a change order- for an understandable found issue, but also for tile style (I was told wouldn't change cost).
