"He had to take my ceiling fan down 6 times to get it right and he did not charge anything for that. He did close to $3000 worth of work and charged me under $1000. Then he told me as a personal favor if I did not have enough money for the odd jobs at that time he said I did not have to pay him all at one time. Out of all of the contractors I have been around with my father, he is probably one of the best. He does not do anything half way.

He will go anywhere in the state of Florida to do what needs to be done. He will do all of your estimates before he even starts. If you need him to run to home depot or Lowe's he will get the parts upon request."

"We had a working kitchen back in 2 weeks and 1 day after he started. He had planned everything with no dead time. First the demolition then electrical and plumber the next day. They roughed in everything then he came in and put in new insulation in the ceiling and outside facing walls. All the drywall was completed over the next several days. He had the tile laid as soon as the drywall was completed. He came in the next day after the grout dried and installed the cabinets. The counter tops were measured cut and installed in 3 days by his vendor.the next day the electrician came in added the under cabinets lights extra outlets changed switches added 5 can LED lights on dimmers. The the plumber came in next and hooked up all the plumbing. Then Pete came back and did the back splash and the job was completed. Pete had everything lined up never a day without something going on. He was very nice when we changed several things on him. I am planning to use him again to rredo my bathroom from the other contractor. I have to say he was the best contractor we ever used. We had used 3 other's before Pete and were disappointed every time. If I had used Pete in the first place I would have had my whole house repaired in months instead of the year it took the other contractors. We are very happy with all his work. He is very dependable and has great subs. We supplied the tile, cabinets, plumbing fixtures and the lighting, he supplied all of the materials as quoted.

"I called SB Power Electric at noon today in need of someone to help me with an electrical issue the same day. I spoke to a young lady who was very pleasant , polite and professional. I described my issue and she said she was going to speak to the electrician and confirm if he was able to come today and the cost. To my surprise she returned my call within the hour, told me the cost and that the electrician would be at my house between 3:30 and 5:30 pm today. Richard and his assistant were at my house at 4:00 pm. today. They were also very friendly and professional. I was very picky because I wanted to make sure that the light fixtures were installed perfectly inline with the new cabinets and faucet. Richard made sure that the measurements were correct of the light fixtures and did a perfect job in rerouting the electrical wires. They cleaned up the area before they left. Richard and his assistant went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with their work. They exceeded my expectations.
