It was a fairly good deal. They delivered it when they said. It could have been faster, but they delivered it when they said. We could have gone somewhere else if we didn’t like the timing. It was run of the mill, we ran in and ordered it and it came. When they installed it, the doors looked like they were mismatched. I had to go online to find out there was an adjustment that I did myself, instead of the installers. So, you could say the installers didn’t do necessary adjustments.

Quality; Efficiency and the price is good.   Paid a little more but worth it for the security of having a job well done.

The installer came on correct date/time . services were performed perfectly.   Very nice

Highly recommend HOME DEPOT.

They are kind of hurricane windows. This is the type of window that the debris wouldn't be able to come through and it eliminates the need for us to put a shutter. The windows themselves operate as hurricane shutters. It is a special type of glass and it's a special project, and it's specially painted in which the windows are made. They are double pane and they have silicone or something in between them to prevent things from coming through. They are great! I am familiar with them and they are close to where I live. I feel that some things are a little overpriced. They tend to be a little more expensive. If I went with a small contractor, they may have given me a better quote but then if they didn't do the job right and if I had an issue, I had no recourse. I pay extra to go to Home Depot. The quality is excellent. They have always been pretty responsive.

I HAVE WAITED FOUR MONTHS FOR MY DOORS. WHEN THEY DELIVERED THEM, ONE WAS DAMAGED. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT DOOR. THE INSTALLATION OF THE OTHER DOOR WENT WELL. I FEEL THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO BE HELPFUL, BUT MY PATIENCE IS WEARING THIN.

THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY CARPET. THE WORKMEN KNOW HOW TO INSTALL IT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY DID NOT MAKE A SINGLE MISTAKE. THEY HAD THE JOB FINISHED IN ONE TRIP.
