I couldn't find anyone that I called to even talk to me about what the problem would be with my septic. After a 15 minute conversation, I knew that this company was top notch. They were able to get me on the schedule today, they were prompt and figured out the issue within seconds. Two hours later the problem was fixed and we now have a running septic. I would rate them a 10! They will be my master plumbing company going forward!

Went fine, arrived on time, went right to work, fixed the problem, told me how to avoid the build up in the pipes. As good as it gets.

Bristol replaced water line at price cheaper than Delaware Plumbing, a chief competitor. I had three issues: (1) slight damage was done to mailbox with no apology nor cosmetic repair; (2) fill of hole was uneven but I was told that it would settle (later the mound caved in) and (3) promised return visit to seal around basement pipe but never returned. All in all, work was decent just not outstanding.

The owner used to work for Horizon (I believe) before he started his own company so he's pretty knowledgeable.  They sent someone out to give me a free estimate and then three  of them (including the owner) came a week or so later to do the work.  They fixed the two toilets for less than the estimate and then they tried to figure out what was causing the drip on the ceiling in the kitchen.  They really spent some time trying to figure it out and I think they got it right.  They gave me a very reasonable estimate for this repair and I will have them back.  They are available 24/7 for emergencies which I think is a plus.

Went great, we had problems with all three toilets so I made an appointment.  They came and fixed the toilets and the price was reasonable.  Much better than Benjamin Franklin plumbing who charged me more than double that for two toilets.  They gave me advice on some other repairs that needed to be done in the future as well.

Dan and Denis were very professional and friendly. I would say everything when perfectly. Dan gave me his cell number and told me to call any time day or night if I experienced any problems.

I will use Bristrol for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them!!!

Bristol plumbing was very professional. They had to secure parts and returned the next day. They used quality fixtures and stayed to ensure that the drain lines were clear. Initially they were not, so they also cleaned out the drains. I believe they were replacing plumbing that were original to our 45 year old house, so we are glad to have modern fixtures and secure water and drain lines. I was interested in a new tub surround, and they quoted a price for that which included a discount for the work they had already done since the fixtures would have to be removed and then replaced with the new surround. We have not yet decided to do that work, but when we do we will be calling Bristol back for the work.

Dan replaced the tap outside the house in a professional way. However, the problem was with replacing the shower door. Dan installed a glass sliding shower door. However, probably due to use of "eye-balling" instead of actual measurement, the opening of the door installed was too small. In addition, the door was leaking water, probably due to Dan was not applying sealing to the outside of the shower door. Therefore, I had to ask Dan to remove the door and purchased another one from on-line as Dan told me that he could not find a suitable door himself from his suppliers. Dan later installed the other door for free, but it was too much hassle on my side. Therefore, I would recommend going with Dan on plumbing work but not things like installing a shower door.

• flash to complete the work. Cost of work was great compare to quotes from 2 other plumbing companies. I will call them first
• for any other plumbing needs and I do highly recommend then to anybody who have plumbing problems.

Dan installed a flexible gas line for my gas range as promised. He offered to return, at no cost, if the line needed to be moved after the range arrived. After the initial installation, the range position required adjustment and Dan came as promised (on a Saturday) to move the gas line. As it turned out, the positioning adjustment did not necesitate repositioning of the gas line. Even though the adjustments were not within the purview of a plumber, Dan was very helpful in achieving an ideal position.
The gas line has been working well. Also, Dan responds quickly when contacted.

Dan with Bristol Plumbing came out on short notice to run a new 40' gas line in my crawlspace. He showed up punctual and professional, and got the job done according to the estimate that he provided.

In addition to being very knowledgeable, Dan is a very nice guy, and made every effort to minimize my costs. I would recommend Bristol plumbing to everyone!
