"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"I called 2maids and a mop yesterday, needing this house cleaned before Friday . They scheduled for TODAY (way faster than I expected!) Bekah and Rob showed up and went straight to work! They sent me pictures of the finished job! I mean they really did clean from top to bottom! Everything shined and looked absolutely great!! This is the second time I’ve used them, and I will definitely call them again when the need rises, and I will also refer them to anyone needing this service! I had them to do a deep major cleaning. I just didn’t have the time , and frankly I didn’t want to clean that rental!! And for the $300 I was charged, it was a blessing! (I wouldn’t want to clean what they did for that amount!!
