From the first Contact to schedule a home visit and determine an estimate for the cleaning services to the final clean the staff office staff and cleaning crew were cheerful, friendly and acted professionally. The cleaning crew did an excellent job, working fast and thoroughly cleaning parts of our house and furniture that have never been cleaned before. They were familiar with the specialty cleaning products that we provided for specific parts of the house and use them appropriately. We would highly recommend this company and will plan on having them clean our house on a twice a month basis going forward. Additionally, they gave us ala carte pricing for two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom that will only get used several times a year so that we only have to pay for the main part of the house to be cleaned the majority of the time and have the guest rooms, as needed, through the year.

Housecleaning, they sweep and vacuum but they don't do any deep cleaning the carpets with machines and things, ya know.

The staff was punctual, organized and did not waste time. my only complaint was that sometimes their appointments were scheduled too close together.. This could cause problems for the later customer.I really dont remember the cost after this length of time--I do remember it was reasonable for me at the time

From the initial contact to schedule an estimate and schedule a cleaning Molly Maids were very professional and prompt and courteous. We agreed on an initial housecleaning and found that the cleaning was not up to expectation for two hours of cleaning. They did not do a terrible job or anything, but it was obvious that it was not thorough such as a wrapper left on a carpet floor, a very visible cobweb in a corner, the fabric sofa untouched from the vacuum and a few other items. Maybe it was just a one off, but we are looking elsewhere for our monthly service at this time as the first impression did not impress.

It has not been going well. They have become unreliable and they do not show up or call. When they do show up, they are late.

"Unfortunately we did let this customer down. We were servicing his home on Saturday when the office is closed. Our normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 8-5. Unfortunately when these issues arose the office was closed so I did not find out the incidences until the following Monday. While these occurrences are rare Monday through Friday when they do happen we are able to fix the problem quickly to ensure our customers are happy with the service in a timely manner."

We probably would not use them again but we have a contract. We have had other housecleaning services in the past. We just don't think they do the job that they should. We are not really overly impressed.

I have a 2000 square foot home and they do a great job cleaning it. They give you a window of time when they can come do your work. They come monthly for us. They are very diligent, they would do pretty much anything if you ask them to do.

The person I called first was not available so we just used them. My experience was good. They came in. Someone came out to the house and gave me a quote after looking at the house. I did not have any problem with the way they cleaned and with the staff.

On the first call to Molly Maids the response was immediate and professional.
Cleaning was moderately good but not as good as the service I use now or ones I have had in the past.
A specific issue was that my kitchen floor would be a little greasy even directly after a visit. I told them this on at least two occasions and an attempt was made but the floor remained greasy. My new service corrected the problem with the greasy floor and I had not told them about it ahead of time.

GREAT! THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON A LARGE HOUSE FOR A DECENT PRICE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS, HONEST, AND LEFT THE HOUSE CLEAN, ETC. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE LEFT FOR ME TO DO, AND FOR THE PRICE, THEY DID A LOT IN A SHORT TIME.
