"We always appreciate feedback from our clients and we are extremely upset that this situation has happened. However, we believe that we have taken steps to remedy this situation to the best of our ability. The initial cleaning was on 4/22/14. An email was initially sent the day after the cleaning asking the customer to let us know how we did, we never received a reply. Her first attempt to contact us was on 5/1/14 by phone. Her call was returned directly after lunch & a message was left for her. We received no response, so another attempt to call her was made on 5/4/14. We heard nothing from the customer until 5/19/14. After hearing of her displeasure, we thankfully provided a re-clean on the areas she was not happy with on 5/20/14. While our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, this is not always the case. However, please rest assured that Two Maids & A Mop truly seeks to be "a maid service worth talking about!""
"In regards to the cleaning, you called to let me know that you were not happy with the results of that initial clean. We agreed that the 2 cleaners would return to your home the following day to address the areas that we verbally discussed as needing more attention. When the cleaners returned on 10.30 with our updated list of items to be corrected, they were told to focus on the blinds instead of the predetermined areas. They were there for about 2 hours, and then returned to the office here. I spoke with them to verify that everything was done to your satisfaction, and they told me that you had specified that more attention be paid to the blinds than any other place. I received your email that following Sunday and then called you to clarify what happened. I understand that you are still not happy with the service that you received and for that I apologize. In situations of remodels and home improvements it is very common for dust and dirt to resettle even after they have been cleaned. We strive to provide customer satisfaction on every cleaning, however we cannot guarantee perfection. I understand that you do not believe that you received the level of cleaning for which you paid. The initial service was scheduled as a Deep Cleaning. In this situation, we are willing to resolve the issue by any means necessary. I again apologize for the inconvenience of what has happened. Please let me know if you have any further questions. We truly do strive to be "a maid service worth talking about.""
