However after 5 years of employee turnovers, no call no shows and every excuse for not coming to work, I decided to scale it back down. I ended up with 2 Apartment properties and 1 employee. I recently decided to scale it down again and just work by myself and clean a few single residential homes. The stress level is down and I am not relying on anyone but myself.
