"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

If there needs to be a change in the scheduled visit she texts or calls with sufficient notice. Her skills as a cleaner are excellent. Lee cleans thoroughly each time she visits our home (we are currently on a monthly schedule). If there is a special instruction or request she always remembers to include this task. When she first came to our house the shower in the master bath needed a good scrubbing. She cleaned the shower extremely well that day and has kept it clean since. We have a four bedroom, two bath home. Lee cleans two of the four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study, a living room, family room, dining room, and the very large kitchen on every visit. It is quite a bit of work. We have two dogs and she manages to vacuum our home free of dog hair during each job."
