"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. I now have a beautiful bathroom and I couldn’t be more happy. S&W does it ALL and I would highly recommend their company for any of your renovation needs. Anne R. 5/20/25"

"Steve owner of Masterson floors has completed several high end restaurant's, Lemon grass Wellington, Talanto Restuarant on Los Olas, doing floors, walls, bathrooms and 1/2 dozen sunglass huts stores in malls in the tri county area south Florida. All his installations have been exceptional with great results. From large format tiles to complex glass tile work he can do it all. Steve meets deadlines and is always on site. I've personally known Steve for many years and will continue to use his services as my main flooring company."

The only Issue I have is that I assumed it would be a Time and Materials job and it was more of a "it would cost a lot to replace it so it costs a lot to repair it" costing. I strongly recommend that anyone who uses this contractor get a solid cost prior to starting. That said if it wasn't for this I'd give 5 Stars"

"It went very well. J Meraki came early and worked late. From demolition to final approval the project was completed in less than one week. They didnt cut any corners. What they removed was put back correctly. They cleaned up after themselves and removed their debris. The pricing was good and they stayed under the budget. I would definitely use them again. From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment.  From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project.  Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job.
