"The craftsmen - and I refer to them as craftsmen as they tiled a shower with perfectly aesthetic cuts - especially around the corners and drain. They also installed 16x16 travertine tile on a concrete balcony that was improperly pitched; and is now pitched perfect for rain drainage.
