Amazing selection of slabs on site. Family business. Great customer service by Amber. They chose a slightly larger slab of the same colour so there is no seam. Very professional team for measurements and for installation. We strongly recommend them.

Based on seeing the new counter tops installed at a neighbor's, we visited Palm Beach Counter tops, selected a slab of granite and negotiated a price. This took several visits until we found the granite we wanted. It was a very straight forward process. They had a very large selection of granite on the premises. A technician came out to the house, measured the existing counter tops and made templates. We then went to their offices and placed the templates on the granite slab we had chosen and were able to highlight the better parts of the granite. Following fabrication of the counter tops, two installers came to the house and installed the counter tops. I had disconnected the plumbing before they arrived. The technicians removed the old counter tops and sinks and installed the new ones. Also included was granite placed on the master bathroom window sill. There was one minor problem that two pieces of granite for the back splash had not been measured correctly. This was corrected in the next day or so. As a courtesy, the old counter top and sink removal was included. The installers were very pleasant and professional. The work areas were very clean after the work was done. I hired a separate plumber to reconnect the pipes. I did not use the plumber that they recommended because of price. Several days following the original installation, we inquired about having granite toe kicks installed in the master bathroom and laundry room. This was done at no additional charge. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work and would hire them again.

Great!  The staff was extremely helpful and responsive and the product is just beautiful at a very reasonable price.  I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Granite is beautiful and installation of the granite was perfect.  However, finishing work regarding back splash was less than satisfactory and had to have the owner come to get the work done correctly.

It went very well. They came and measured. In two weeks, we had new countertops.

Amber and her team did a great job! They made the remodeling process much
easier.  They had an abundance of material for me to choose from at a very reasonable price. 
I am very happy with my experience with Palm Beach Countertops and I hope to use them again.
