Robert and Denise and their team did an amazing job. We had used them previously for some work in our bathrooms. We were pleased with that job and so it gave us a comfort when it was time to do the work on the flooring that we have throughout our entire living area. This was a full two day job - as agreed, Robert brought his crew to our home bright and early Monday morning and they went straight to work carefully moving furniture and taping up plastic. They worked diligently and meticulously for two full days and we couldn’t be happier with the results!!

Exceptionally well. Robert showed up the morning after I called. They usually work only with natural stone but he agreed to see what he could do. Tried one approach, didn't work, he immediately suggested something else, a solution I had to leave on and check in 1-2 days. It worked better than expected, got most of the staining. Didn't ask for any money until I called and told them it worked and I was happy with the job, and then took a credit card over the phone. Very reasonable for the work performed.

They can a little early and did a fabulous job. I would recommend them to everyone. Robert, the owner, is very knowledgeable and his crew were very professional. I could not have been more pleased, they did a sensational job. The floor looks new and it is 25 years old.

Amazing!! The crew showed up exactly at the time we agreed upon and instantly began taking care of our floors. Once finished i was amazed at how well our floors looked. Just fantastic!! The marble was maybe 10 years old and we have two dogs. The marble was dull looking and scratched. Now it looks like new! Like it was just put down.

Service provider returned call in a timely manner. Technician arrived as per schedule agreement. He called about 30 minutes before arrival, presented himself as a gentlemanly, true professional. Got right to work and completed the service to the utmost satisfaction of this customer.

They were excellent. They were polite and professional. They were very neat with their work and was always checking their work. The work was done in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with their work. I will continue to use them in the future.

The owner and 1 worker came on time and completed the work in the amount of time they told me it would take. They arrived on time and put down protective covering on carpet and wood floors. Very neat-they swept up after. The floors are very shiny and look better than they did when we moved in 3 years ago!

I cannot recommend All Marble highly enough. Denise got back to me promptly, I got a complete quote two days later, the Angie's list discount was honored, and the price was truly fair. The work was done to my exact specifications -- I didn't want the floors too shiny -- they also polished a couple of marble vanity counters, and polished a marble shower. They even worked to schedule me as soon as possible. But perhaps the best part of working with AMR was the polite, friendly, prompt, professional service I received. What a pleasure working with this company. The "management" folks were wonderful, every one of the crew members I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and just fantastic! Thank you so much! It went great. First and foremost they were very responsive with their estimate. We called and they came out the very next day and promptly delivered the estimate via email. It was a father and son team and they were very knowledgeable and professional.

On the job day I received a call from the office informing me that they team was enroute and they arrived on time. This particular team were very polite, friendly and extremely hardworking. They took the time to go through the house and wrap in plastic and tape off with plastic various areas that they did not want to to get ruined and move some of the furniture to maximize the cleaning area, which I greatly appreciated. They made it a point to show me the before/after results after some areas of the grout were cleaned and polished versus unpolished.

They worked very throughout the entire day and the end result was just beautiful. Well worth the money.

I would highly recommend All Marble Restoration Inc for your flooring and counter needs. Our grout came up very clean and the floors were polished and look like glass. I can't say enough about the team of workers. Great attitudes and wanted to provide great service, which they did.

Excellent, crew was very helpful and courteous through the job.  The follow up was excellent and the results were far better than I even imagined.

Remarkably well!  Rob came and told us there was a 70% chance that the stains on our granite bathroom countertop would come out.  The worst stain, about the size of two silver dollars, was caused by dripping shampoo which was left for months unremediated (we're snowbirds).  He put a solution on paper towels and covered it with plastic, which was taped down around the edge.  He told us to remove the stuff in 3 days for the little stains and 4 days for the big one.  Then he sealed both countertops.  When we removed the materials on the 3d day, we noted that some of the granite (about the size of a pinky fingernail) had dissolved, leaving a small, rough declivity, about 3/8 of an inch deep, in the countertop.  We called AMR and they told us to remove the last materials and lo and behold, the big stain was gone.  They scheduled a return visit to attend to the declivity and filled it with a clear substance, and he then polished and re-sealed that spot.  The countertop looks great now!! Because their ministrations had caused the granite to dissolve, they refunded what we paid them. They told us that this had never happened before.
This may be the best contractor Angie's List has referred us to!  Their responsiveness, their willingness to stand behind their work, and their attention to the detail, were amazing.  (and, of course, refunding what we paid them was nice, too!).  I wish I could rate them higher than "A"
