"Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.  A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. "After paying thousands of dollars to this company to install a sump pump to clear water from my backyard and help to control flooding in the future to prevent a screened porch from flooding, the porch flooded 2 more times. Contacted after the first flood since the pump was installed and received no response. The 2nd time it flooded, I reached out to another company, P&T Land Services who responded quickly. Upon their inspection of the pump installed by Back 2 Basics Restoration, they found that there is no way the pump would EVER have come on because the lid was solid! Not only was it solid, with only a hole for the piping to be attached, but they used lid designed to be used for a utility box for Jacksonville Electric Authority! I also paid them to install new indoor/outdoor carpet in the screen porch that flooded. They did lay the carpet down but did not use any tape or glue to fix it down. When I questioned that, they said I didn't ask for that. The old carpet was taped down"
