Excellent! Tony was extremely responsive to the initial message I left on his website. He called me within an hour after posting. He came out to our house the next afternoon and spent about 45 minutes in our basement, walking my wife and I through each step along the way. Tony was extremely courteous and friendly. He gave us lots of tips to improve our basement living space, as well as overall air quality in the home. He definitely put our minds at ease throughout the process. I would definitely hire Tony again if necessary.
