Never ever again! They came 3x, didn’t fix the problem but charged $1800 times “hydro jet” the lines. Didn’t bother to tell us it was a hole caused by quantum fiber install. Then tried to get me to do a $7500 belly bulge repair that wasn’t needed!!

"We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Our team made three visits and performed a full hydro jetting of the drainage system to restore proper flow. Unfortunately, the property did not have a cleanout, so the only access point was at the start of the main line. Our camera reached about 165 feet, but the issue was located farther down the line near the city connection. It was later discovered that a fiber optic cable had been bored through the sewer line, which caused the blockage. This type of damage is not visible during service and is unrelated to our work. In many cases, utility companies will reimburse homeowners for these types of repairs. We always strive to provide honest, thorough service and did our best with the access and information available. We appreciate the opportunity to explain and remain committed to treating every customer fairly and professionally."

I had a sewer blockage and they came to give me an estimate. They also used some kind of scanning device to find a leak. The tore out a tree and dug a trench where they said the leak was. There was no evidence of any leak. Everything was totally dry. However, in digging the hole they broke the pipe so I had to have them fix that. I am 76 years old and these guys took advantage of me. They had me over a barrel because it was late in the day and unless I let them fix it then I would have been without water or toilet. They pressured me to get the job done. They did not even have the part. This is a fly by night company. They had to go to Home Depot to get a simple connector that any plumber would have had in their truck. And then they stuck me for $2500 which I paid. I didn't want any trouble. But now I've changed my mind. They can't be allowed to prey on Senior Citizens. I've reported them to BBB but that's a waste of time. I think that since they created a problem where there was none, I should get all of my $2500 back.

Two handsome young men nick and Tyler came to my house to fix my clogged kitchen sink drain and did a excellent job and repairs and excellent explanations as to why my kitchen sink was clogged they did a hydro jetting of my whole homes drainage system and flushed all the clogs and slow drainage away, I'm a single old lady and they took care of my situation and went above and beyond for the work that was needed and was patient with answering all my questions. I would call them in a new York minute if I need any further repairs for plumbing I would recommend them to god himself!

All Around Repairs was a life saver, see I hired two other plumbing companies to help solve a very complicated clog problem and they left me hanging high and dry. All Around Repairs were professional and not only solved the mystery but also gave me validation and eased my concerns. They also provided a way for this complicated financial burden to be resolved for this blue collar worker. I strongly recommend this company for the working class.

The Ceo, Nikoas Wels has taken advantage of my father-in-law, a kind-hearted one-year cancer survivor. Just the week of November 16th, he said he would be at the house to finish the job on Tuesday 10 AM, Wednesday at 10 AM. No show either day. Then he called after many calls to him and said he would be there Saturday, November 16th and had bought a flat of sod from Lowes. No Show!!!! On or around October 3, 2024, he hired them to grade a small culvert and clear out a culvert pipe. They insisted he pay $7,000 upfront, which he did. They showed up once, graded a small area, and then disappeared. Every time he calls, they promise to come the following day but never show up. This has now gone on for four weeks. Thankfully, our family is stepping in to seek justice. Taking advantage of elderly individuals like this is unacceptable

The plumbers were there about two and a half to three hours. My roommate took care of the situation, because I had a doctor's appointment I had to go to. Before I left I had a chance to meet the two guys that came out. And talk to the owner. Not only was the owner just absolutely is nice as could possibly be and so very respectful. And especially because I'm a Vietnam veteran, you did give me a break on the price and the fact that I'm 74 on Social Security he really helped me out a lot. And the two plumbers that actually doesn't work at my house they were literally amazing. I could not have been more pleased with the service, and I would certainly do it again. I really like these guys.

They tried to get me to pay $2400 to clean all my pipes with hydroflush. I couldn't afford that so we settled on cleaning the main drain pipe and washer drain pipe for much lower cost. Still high I thought but I couldn't use my plumbing at all so I proceeded with just those. Plumbing seems to be working fine again so job done. Couple if days later I walked around my home and found two metal pieces which look like framing to hold up my skirting laying on the ground. The skirting had been put back up crooked and not correctly. The bottom of the skirting pieces were not painted and now they are showing. It all looked nice and painted before. Now I have to pay someone to come and fix the disarray they left meaning project now cost more money. Don't know if they did this because I wouldn't do the $2400 job or if just in a hurry to get done. They were very nice and polite just need to treat customers property with more respect. I would not hire again.

My experience was far above par! All round repair & more were very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to repair my home. Not only that but they responded immediately and were able to help me the same day! They got my drain lines back to normal and even better than how they used to be! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their slow drains repaired!!!
