The owners came out first to assess the project and then sent the crew back a few hours later and they were able to take care of my sink clog pretty quickly. This company is one I would highly recommend and I will use them again should I be in need of plumbing services. Another company wanted to charge us almost double to do the work. "After paying thousands of dollars to this company to install a sump pump to clear water from my backyard and help to control flooding in the future to prevent a screened porch from flooding, the porch flooded 2 more times. Contacted after the first flood since the pump was installed and received no response. The 2nd time it flooded, I reached out to another company, P&T Land Services who responded quickly. Upon their inspection of the pump installed by Back 2 Basics Restoration, they found that there is no way the pump would EVER have come on because the lid was solid! Not only was it solid, with only a hole for the piping to be attached, but they used lid designed to be used for a utility box for Jacksonville Electric Authority! I also paid them to install new indoor/outdoor carpet in the screen porch that flooded. They did lay the carpet down but did not use any tape or glue to fix it down. When I questioned that, they said I didn't ask for that. The old carpet was taped down"
