We are extremely impressed with Samada Fence Inc. They were recommended by two good friends who used them. The job from showing up early for quoting to getting the job done ahead of schedule was absolutely amazing. All questions and concerns were always answered in a very timely fashion and addressed. Highly recommend!!!

Sergio and his crew did a fantastic job, I am very pleased. They removed an old chain linked fence surrounding my entire home and replaced it with a 6 foot steel privacy fence (with 24 ft rolling gate) in the back and a 6 foot aluminum fence (with 15 ft rolling gate) in the front, completely surrounding my home.

It fence project was great. Well built. Fair price. Great customer service.

They replied to my emails requesting a quote. However, they communicated that they are not offering their services in Miami Dade.

Sergio Samada was absolutely amazing. Sergio was on time for the initial visit and the followup visit to sign contract. Miami Shores took a while to approve permit, Once the permit was approved the fencing was scheduled within a week. The fence Installers arrived promptly on the date scheduled for initial work. A Miami Shores inspector arrived the following day and approved the initial work. The day after the inspection, the installers arrived in the morning and the work was completed. The Installers were absolutely amazing and the job was done without a hitch. The final inspection by Miami Shores passed the following day. I have already recommended Samada Fence not only to the Miami Shores inspector, but to my son and a number of friends. Thank you for recommending this company.

The contractor and his installers were excellent! Significant delays were incurred based on the Covid issues in delaying the permit process at the city of Miramar. I cannot say enough about the follow up, quality of work, responsiveness, and support from Sergio - the owner of Samada. If you are considering a fence project, I highly recommend Samada.

Samada fence did a great job installing chain link fencing where my neighbor’s fence didn’t already partially cover my back yard. He also replaced the chain link on some of the existing fencing where it was damaged over the years. I initially called 3 companies, he promptly called me back, while one never did and one did well after we already had the quote from Samada. We would definitely use them again.

The job was completed in great time. The workers were professional. My only reservation was the cost.

Our old wood fence was downed by Irma, and we had been searching a reliable and reputable fence company ever since. Before finding Samada Fence, we had experiences with other contractors who gave us quotes, including one highly recommended by the neighborhood that we even had a contract but unfortunately fell out. Through those experiences, we started having doubts of whether there's such a fence company that has good business integrity and professionalism, in addition to providing high quality products as expected. We finally came to Angie’s List for some luck. Samada’s Fence ranks #1 in the category and all the reviews seem genuine. We made the call and the rest is the story of a successful project. In summary, below are our comments: • Sergio (the business owner) knows the stuff! He is responsive and helpful in giving recommendations. You ask him something, and he gives you straight-forward clear answers. No hidden no-ask-no-tell messages. Before signing the contract, I was given the project timeline and material specs in detail. The contract was executed without any surprise! He is not a talker, but his concise messages are always timely and efficient business execution skills are all that matters. • Then it came with loads of nice surprises! First, for the previous contractors we dealt with, they all required 50% upfront deposit down right away after the contract is signed. Imagine permit application takes weeks if not months. The contractor we originally signed with even held our money for months and was reluctant to give the money back at first. (The reason that contract fell out was the permit got denied! Speaking of knowing your business.) Sergio’s company does NOT ask upfront payments. They ask 50% payment on the first day they come to work, after the materials are purchased and ready to install. This means that they actually prepay materials and permit fees etc. What does that tell you? It means that they give customers some financing, and they must have good cash flow to run their business! The last payment is then made after city completes all the inspections. I was the one who kept asking Sergio when I should pay the money, not him! I don’t know if other fence companies around here do that. I was told that paying 50% down upfront is the business standard in the fence company around here. So this was the first nice surprise. Second nice surprise was that when I mentioned to him to tell his crew to be careful about underground pipes and sprinkler heads when drilling the holes. He said "sure, and if we break it, we fix it.” Same as the “learned” knowledge about 50% payment policy, the previous contractor told me that we should be responsible to fix the sprinkler if they would break it. Ha, it turned out that neither those two fence business “standards” exist in Samada. What Samada has is the true business integrity and fairness. • Last but not least, and also the third nice surprise, Sergio gave us the price quote that beat all the previous contractors. In addition, the material specifications are actually upgraded compared to other quotes. The aluminum fence is strong and beautiful. Hope the above review is helpful to you whoever is searching for a good fence company! Disclaimer - Sergio did not ask us to do the review. He didn't even know that we found him through Angie's List.

They were really backed up with other work but they do show up within an acceptable time frame and the work was very good. Fence looks good and they did what I asked. Completed work in two days and cleaned up after themselves.

Sergio is very professional and has a great business. His company did an awesome job at the best price. He's very busy and you'll understand why when the job is done. Best price around and great work. Always on time, very dependable and work is professional and fast.

The crew was 2 hours late, no call, no show, I had no idea if they were even coming. Months prior I signed the contract and was assured, by the owner, that he would be there with his crew to complete the work well before 2: P.M. due to the fact that I had to be at work by 3. I was automatically told it would take months for my home to be worked on, months ago, for only one side of the fencing of my home to be done. It was $1495.00 for 55'. The crew finally showed and they were courteous and efficient in their work but the owner was no where to be found. Later I come to find out that the owner that day was 20 miles out on a boat fishing and the importance of me getting to work on time was not relayed to his crew. That day I couldn't make it to work. I am a forgiving man but, when I tried to contact him to do the other side of my home which is the same length, 55', he said it wouldn't be for the same price because the prices of materials rose 60% in the last year and a half ,even though; the other side of my home was done less than a week ago for that exact price. No transparency or sincerity in their customer care. Do not use them. Fence isn't all that sturdy anyway.

Sergio and his team were unbelievable in their professionalism, quality and responsiveness. In a field not necessarily known for their customer focus, they were unbelievable good. There was a lot of height variation and very challenging inspections that needed to be tackled and they did so with ease. I am a GC and I will tell you that Samada is as good a fence company as I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend Sergio and his team high enough.

Three workers arrived early in the morning, worked diligently and finished in a few hours. Excellent work !
