I called a week in advance to schedule with someone. I was provided with someone who called. Scheduled with me for which I have to take a day off from work. Then, the day before he texts me that he will be late because somethings came up. I was fine with that. Then, on the day he texts me that he will not be able to come as he had family issues. No one else was coordinated to replace him. -Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I needed installation of blinds, repair of a door and painting of a wall.

Very highly recommended. We had an extremely complicated situation involving two adjacent townhouses and a dispute with the president of the homeowners association. In one variable after another we were on the wrong side of the inch and wrong side of the *****. Most contractors wanted nothing to do with the situation. Noah was the only one who evaluated thoroughly and helpfully, allowing us to understand the practical and legal aspects via one phone call and supremely detailed text after another. Much appreciated.

It went GREAT! Noah was very responsive and his carpenter Henry Tiffer was terrific. He replaced the back wood door with a fiberglass door, PVC doorframe, and rebuilt the wooden step just under the door. All the rotted wood around the windows was replaced with PVC as well as the screens. The prep and power wash of the house went great and the paint job was very professional. Henry also covered all additional items associated with the work that I asked him to do.
Description of Work: A kitchen back door and frame needed replacing: We also had 17 windows that required rotted wood trim replaced, new screens, etc. We also had the exterior of the house painted.

AMAZING! He emailed me back on New Years Day. I called him explained my situation I needed help at my moms house. I’m out of town. He heard the urgency in my voice. Gave me a great price for getting the new metal door. He and his worker stopped and did today. They replaced the door reframed it and put in new locks. I was able to Zelle him half the money to start the job and finished payment once job was complete. Again AMAZING! Noah you’re the best. I will refer you over and over again.

Poorly, plastering was a terrible job, I replastered myself. He wanted to charge me an additional $5 to travel to get replacement flange. AND he never found the leak. Just took a bunch of pix on his phone to show me he didn't see water in wall.

Once in a while you meet a customer that like to hurt the contractor with bad review un justified The lady had her plumber removing the toilet but was worried about internal leak behind the walls ( her plumber couldn’t be sure about the leak) That is when I came and spent a whole day and for $300 i opened and checked every internal pipe inside wall- I didn’t find any leak within the walls and Owner was very disappointed I told her that the marble installed in bathroom made the toilet flange too low and plumber should raise it with a special kit sell in a plumbing store and even offered to get her the part The flange work was not my responsibility and I told her that the plumber she used who removed toilet should raise and seal flange and I guess so she did But seems very unhappy that result were negative and just as curtesy I offered her to come back and take care of any minor detail or plastering for free but she never contacted me again I think it was very inexpensive service. It took a whole day the results were a good news not bad one that no leak detected in pipes inside walls and the flange problem should and been done by he plumber that removed toilet and left without diagnostic of possible leak But I guess Owner frustrations couldn’t not be pleased by me and she got her “revenge”
