Once in a while you meet a customer that like to hurt the contractor with bad review un justified The lady had her plumber removing the toilet but was worried about internal leak behind the walls ( her plumber couldn’t be sure about the leak) That is when I came and spent a whole day and for $300 i opened and checked every internal pipe inside wall- I didn’t find any leak within the walls and Owner was very disappointed I told her that the marble installed in bathroom made the toilet flange too low and plumber should raise it with a special kit sell in a plumbing store and even offered to get her the part The flange work was not my responsibility and I told her that the plumber she used who removed toilet should raise and seal flange and I guess so she did But seems very unhappy that result were negative and just as curtesy I offered her to come back and take care of any minor detail or plastering for free but she never contacted me again I think it was very inexpensive service. It took a whole day the results were a good news not bad one that no leak detected in pipes inside walls and the flange problem should and been done by he plumber that removed toilet and left without diagnostic of possible leak But I guess Owner frustrations couldn’t not be pleased by me and she got her “revenge”Ask for details
