"On September 13th, this company came out to address a termite issue at my home. They drilled holes throughout the entire house and filled them with foam to kill the termites, offering a 1-year guarantee on their work. They assured me they would return in three weeks (October 4th) to repair and seal all the holes and confirm the termites were gone. Not only have they failed to return, but the termites are still present. I?ve reached out multiple times ? first to Ray, who originally sold me the service, and received complete radio silence. Then, three days ago, I contacted Jesus, who repeatedly promised that Ray would come out to finish the job. Yet again, no one has shown up. After looking further into the company?s reviews online, I discovered that this seems to be a recurring problem with them ? a pattern I wish I had known before hiring them. I made the mistake of trusting their word because I was desperate to resolve the infestation, especially with an infant in the home. "

"Fraud! Nvirotect is not a reputable company! Steer clear! I have been a customer since 2021. Money wasted! Beware of Nvirotech Lawn Co! My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised a lush, green lawn but delivered dead patches and weeds. Despite several complaints and consistent communication about my dissatisfaction, their customer service employed fraudulent tactics. They led me to believe I had switched from an annual agreement to a month-to-month contract, providing them with additional months to improve their services and my lawn. After six more months of trying to give them a chance to improve, I finally decided to terminate my supposed month-to-month service. However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB."

The Consultant forced my wife to pay IN FULL $2,500 or he would not remove the animal. Part of the charges was something called "Full Exclusion Repairs". Listed in scope of work was a bunch of work that WAS NOT completed. This is some of the most unscrupulous business practices I have ever seen as long as I have lived in South Florida. They flat out lied about the work performed and took advantage of desperate mother."

"Contracted Hulett for several rental properties in Miami for a Termites contract. They suggested No tent Termites which cost me $890 for 1st time (was nearly 2 years and half ago) and a service contract for less than $200 every year. All good, or seemed to my eyes, both not seeing termites and having the peace of mind to have a service contract until something happen and you will realize their non ten treatment doesn't guarantee nor protect you. A wall came apart on the inside and wood, structural wood was heavy damaged. Called Hulett in emergency and was told nobody could come with one week, I had to call another company to threat the property again (was told me that was like nothing was done prior). Also their annual service includes a check visit only if you requested it, how convenient for them. Also in our home we had a $79 contract for rodents for which they sent invoices with date time of visit. Unlucky for the company we have cameras and we were able to check and prove that nobody show up in despite of the service listed in the invoice. I contact them and they were prompt to give back the money saying it was an error, how convenient... no other apology or feed back. This company does it's money by selling service they never perform and count on people to forget about it. and their no tent service is sold as a replacement for a tent treatment at a fraction of a price but it is just a waste of time and more dangerous a false peace of mind that you will pay overtime and Hulett won't take any responsability. I won't take this company anymore, I feel cheated."
