They gave very good advice and suggestions, that proved to be excellent for the final result of the project. Had a great experience with Guarntee Painting. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Work was done inna very timely manner and looks great. Yami was geeat in helping picking colors and the paint crew was great. Job quality is great. Walls and ceilings look great. Small repairs were done as needed and no issues. I was hoping outlet covers and light fixtures woukd be be removed before painting but nothing had paint left on them and left clean. No biggie in my opinion. I got a quote from another Company rhat is popular and uswd before wirh amazing results. They could not match Guarante Painting’s pricing. Was told “Good luck and would love to know how that works out.” Well worked out great! Was left with a reasonable amount of left over paint as well. When its time to paint the outside or anyone I know needs a painter, guess who I am calling!!

Good job overall. The crew was friendly but focused on the job. They addressed any concerns raised during the work and were overall extremely responsive and helpful. Yamilee was a great task manager, keeping everyone (myself included) focused on what needed to happen and when. She was also a great help with color selection. I really appreciated the follow up care.

When I needed my house repainted recently, I contacted several contractors. Guarantee Painting was one of only two that actually got back to me and showed up for an estimate. From the very beginning, Yamilee was punctual and professional. Her quote was the better of the two (very reasonable price), and she provided expert help in selecting the paint colors. We went with her recommendations and could not be happier with the results. Her crew was excellent as well. They started and finished the job when she said they would, and they pressure cleaned everything (including pavers that were not part of the painting job). I would highly recommend Guarantee Painting - it was the best home improvement experience we have had in many years. They will be my go-to company for painting from now on.

Everything went fine. They were very professional. They always showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. We found them very easy to work.

The complex where I live wanted to hire a painting company to paint all the 200 units. In the board meeting I recommend Guarantee Painting since I had hired them to paint my daughters house. We needed up getting 3 bids and Guarantee Painting was the company the received the most votes. They were very attentive to our needs and even came to a board meeting to meet all the owner of the units so we can organize the project. The project took four month to complete. It was a very big project 3 colors being used and included railings and doors. The owner were very nervous because last time we hired a company to paint it was a disaster. But Thankfully not this time. This company was very organized. They did not more than 2 buildings at a time. Painter were always dressed appropriately to identify the company. There was a pod in the property to leave material organized. They cleaned every day and made sure the property was perfect at the end of each day. They were very attentive to make sure all car were at the proper distance to be protected from the paint. Window were covered. Painter were onsite Monday- Friday and never missed a day. This operation went so smoothly. We did not even get one complain from an owner. The community looks so nice. I am very please that I was able to refer this company to our HOA.
