I hired Urban Critters and Mike, the owner, is very congenial and prompt in securing the area with traps. Mike is also very professional, on time and knows his area of expertise. I would be more than happy to hire Mike anytime I had a problem with critters in my yard or in my attic, which there was an infiltration of a Raccoon in the attic.

I had a problem with roosting pigeons. Michael came out, he explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He came out the next day, on time and implemented the measures needed to resolve the issue. Beore he left he told me if I was still having an issue to call him. I did have an issue, I called Michael he came out and quickly figured out what needed to be done and resolved my issues. I would definately recommend Micahel and Urban Critters.

Michael from Urban Critters was amazing. He was very prompt. Explained what he would do to trap the raccoon that was tearing up my yard. That same night the raccoon was caught. Michael could not be better to work with, he is respectful and very personable. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Michael from Urban Critters was Amazing. He came to my home, explained the entire process of getting rid of my Bats that were living in the spaces of my spanish S tile roof.
