They are incredible. They are fabulous. They know your dog and if they see something that's not right they give you a note. She found an ear infection in Cooper.

Not well. The nails were left long. Weren't trimmed at all. Had to use them for lack of a better place.

Laura notified us she would have to charge more due to matting. We purchased a new brush and brushed our two dogs 3 times during the week & even combed them with a comb before delivering them today. I sent a note with them stating what I had done. Not until my husband went to pick them up was he notified that she was charging us $20.00 more per dog. Our pets are pampered members of our family. If they were knotted, she should have called me before proceeding. I told her I felt she took advantage of us. There was no caring on her part. We will not return.

Laura and her staff more than made up for the experience we had last time. Our dog was groomed professionally and on-time as we had come to expect from Laura's Classy Canines. We appreciate how they handled the situation and were very pleased with the outcome.

It's open air. You can see what is going on. There is no sedatives used on the dog. All the people that work there are very into animals so you know it's a safe environment and being taken care of well. It is clean, it's a safe environment and they really take care of your animals.

I have used Laura's Classy Canines for a couple of years and have always been happy with their service, until now. They have really slipped and I will never bring my pet back to them. My dog was dropped off at 0900 and was to be picked up at around 2pm. They are usually finished early and call you to pick up your pet as soon as they are done. The dog was not ready at 2pm or even 5pm. She was given back with a choppy haircut, dirty eyes, and her privates had not been groomed. She looked like a new graduate had a go at her. When my boyfriend voiced his disappointment, the dog was taken back for some modifications to her cut. During his wait, he witnessed rough handling of pets and even questioned this behavior. If they were overwhelmed, they should have called clients to retreive their animals. My dog has been under the covers since yesterday. She never acts like this and I believe it was the way she was handled. I believe they rushed through the cuts and were rough with the animals. I am writing this review under my mother's account because I want people to know what is going on.

The service has been excellent. I've been using her for about ten years. They really get to know your pet and they're kind. Their shop is open where you can see when they're cutting the dog and you see how they're being handled. They bring things to your attention, they're extremely pleasant to deal with and very personable.

I had visited earlier so I could see the facility and talk with service provider. The facility was very clean and dog friendly. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. When I brought in my dogs for grooming we received the same warm greeting. As asked, they let me know when my dogs were finished and were ready to be picked up. Both dogs were happy and looked amazing when I picked them up. The service continued to be warm and friendly. They even provided help getting the dogs to my car as I had my granddaughter with me. I love that the owner was directly involved in their grooming and that they even made each dog a cute little name scarf which I liked much better than the usual bow. I will definitely use their services again. An additional bonus is that you get 50% off your first visit.

Jazzi looked fantastic after her grooming. When we got there she went right to the swinging doors that lead to the work area and waited patiently for someone to take her inside.

They know the dogs well and their owners. They take their time with their clients. I really like that they keep good records on them and let us know when they need their check up. If they see something amiss, they will let you know. They are very honest and do not try to sell you services that you don't need.
