We have used the services of E. C. Waters for many years. They serviced our previous A/C systems and eventually installed our current Trane air conditioner systems. They are always quick, efficient and fairly priced. Tim is a wonderful technician as he fully explains any service needs and makes helpful recommendations for continued care in between seasonal maintenance. We highly recommend Tim and E. C. Waters!

I called EC waters for a replacement of my AC unit's motor, the first estimate I got was 150 at most. I called I think her name is Debbie not sure and asked when are they coming back to replace it. She said that my motor was not under warranty and it ended Nov 24 2022 it's only Nov 3 2022. She said her mistake and now, if we want to get it fixed it will 380 dollars. We went ahead and did it anyway. Big mistake!!! the work took 10 minutes and we paid 380 dollars for it. If you want Honest company EC waters is not it. GO somewhere else don't even bother with EC waters they are greedy!!!.

Alan came out from EC waters. Diganosed the problem quickly( was the capacitor). Got it fixed quickly. Decent prices; and Was able to advise us on the age of the unit and how much life he thought was still in the unit. Was very down to earth. Alan definitely represented the company very well.

EC Waters installed our air conditioner in 2008. Ever since then, we have had them come out twice a year to do the maintenance check. Each time they have been very professional, punctual, and thorough. We will continue to use them.

So far, we are very pleased with our new heat pump and E.C. Waters, the company that installed the unit. It is always difficult having to make such a major appliance purchase. However, they took the time to listen to us and to help us find a unit at a price that we could manage. They took care of the permitting and were able to do the installation, soon thereafter. During the installation, the owner came out to check on the progress and to make sure it was being done properly and to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to do business with everyone that works at this company. The ladies in the office provided any paperwork that I requested and the company has been very responsive to any questions that we have had so far. Again, let me just say, it is always difficult having to make such a major appliance purchase, but we are glad we found E.C. Waters A/C. They made the entire process a pleasure.

Of course the AC quit during a heat wave!! The wonderful office person, Crystal, was very professional and courteous even though her phones were ringing off the hook. She was very understanding and helpful. I set up a diagnostic appointment for the next day, since I was calling in the late afternoon. The technician, Tim, showed up on time and was very professional and thorough in his assessment. The fan motor was not working and was under manufactures warranty. He ordered one and hopefully it could be delivered and installed the next day. Crystal called on Thursday to let me know the part installation would have to wait until Friday. Technician Alan called me in the am to report he was on his way to repair the AC. Alan showed up on time, with the part, was very professional and courteous and very focused on getting the AC running. He repaired the unit, informed me of the warranties, etc., and was very polite . He was all business and focused on completing the repair and continuing on to his next scheduled appointments. I am very satisfied with the work and customer service skills of all concerned at E.C. Waters Inc. and would use them again and recommend their services.
