"We use Perdido Heating & Air.  I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one.  It was the last check for the year of 2016.  They do a good job.  They were here the 18th of October 2016.  It costs around $98 to $100.  I would absolutely use them again.  They've always done a good job.  I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to.  They never leave any mess."

"July 2023 I was in need of a plumberI called and left messages with four(4) different plumbers, I never received call back from 2. The others made appointments, one was a no show. There are three main types of shower valves: pressure-balancing, thermostatic, and diverter.
