"Chuck answered the Angi-request very promptly, which was great. He had very fast availability choices, which was also great. He arrived quickly as promised, and gave text notice when he was on his way, also great. He got the window unstuck quickly, after I had tried many times to do it myself. I had thought that it would have to be rehung, perhaps, which I would think would have to be scheduled for another time/date/ substantially higher cost, but that wasn't necessary. His charge was very fair, although he didn't need to be at our house very long at all. That is, we don't see it as paying him for the short time it took him at our house to fix the problem. Rather, we were glad to be paying him for fixing the problem, doing it rapidly, saving us the ?3-4x cost/time/scheduling of rehanging the window, his knowledge/ expertise/ experience with these sorts of things, his drive time, his promptness - all very worth it to us. "Mr. Freeman was great. showed up when he said he would. He is specific; I liked that he tackles one project at a time. Mr. Freeman removed all wood rot surrounding the window. The window box looks GREAT! As for staying on task, We as homeowners can tend to say, **oh and what about this or that**, so Mr. Freeman is focused on completing the projects one at a time - yes I have used his service again and I will continue to call on Mr. Freeman- thank you."

"This small company does outstanding work. The skill level of owner Jeff Chevillet and his assistant Eddie when caulking and painting with trim brushes and rollers was outstanding and the quality of latex paint used was the best. They worked quickly and efficiently with little or no mess, used razor blades to remove any paint on windows and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was complete. They showed up on time and did what they said that they would do. The exterior repairs using 1 x 6, 2 x 6 and hardipanel was quality work done quickly. I highly recommend this company for like work."

"1st Choice was great until I had a few broken windows come off the truck. After they returned with the new windows they had ordered the wrong window. This happened twice. So I had to take off work multiple times to be home for when they showed up just to tell me I would have to wait another 3 weeks for another window. Overall it took about 5 months for the project to finally be finished. I had a great experience with all of the workers. It was the management team that did not seem to want to give me their time. After all of the headaches they treated me to a gift card."
