"It went very well.  I checked Angie's List before hiring this company and the advice was spot on.  Steve came out and gave me an accurate estimate, their installation tech came out on time and Steve came by during installation.  After the installation the tech showed me how to operate the system, how to flush and clean it.  Afterwards the install tech used muratic acid to clean away all of the iron stains in the toilets and washer machine, it made a very noticeable difference.   

Communication was great throughout the whole process (phone/email).  I give them my highest marks for customer service and thoroughness.  They even came back a week later to flush my system one more time because of a leftover smell from the buildup over the years.  Very satisfied."
