"They came and found the problem in one day and came back with a replacement. The whole company is so polite. The plumbers came the first trip and were clean and professional. Offered to wear masks. They explained to us why the replacement was necessary. Then they came back this am at 9:00 with a new water heater. They had two different people hear today. neat, polite, cleaned up their mess."

The amount of water wasted when a toilet ghost flushes depends on the cause of the ghost flushing. However, if you’re dealing with leakage or wobbling because you’ve installed a new type of bathroom tile (making the floor taller), you may be able to avoid fully replacing the flange by opting for a toilet flange extender. Extenders typically come in kits for easy DIY installation, fit over the existing flange, and bring the drain connection higher.
